IM SORRY FOR HOW MANY WEEKS OR MONTHS DELAY I HAD SORE EYES IM JANCOADNAK AGAIN MIANHAE

While you were exploring the beautiful festival or where the lanterns where slowly thrown in the air to make a majestic view you wondered,Why this was a popular kind of festival.Because of the lanterns and the wishes that can be written on them (YUP I KNEW THIS FROM Yoojung and Bo Gum oppa <3  from their 2016 hit drama jaicmaozam if ya guys haven't watched it I recommend it for you to watch it :) its really good)

"How much can a simple lantern be?" You mumbled to yourself and raised your left eyebrow to add more curiousity on your own,but your curiousity quickly went off when you saw a red orange lantern lit up in the sky flying with a wish saying :

" I wish for a better life " You read it while whispering and with eyes squinting you slowly raise your left eyebrow again "What's that supposed to mean?" You said and continued walking the path

As you slowly stop and looked at your side,a little girl was selling lanterns with different colors and shades of colors you smiled to her while she sweetly returned you the smile.

"Hello there,Young one." You sweetly say

"Hello,Miss." She widened her smile "You're pretty,are you here to buy a lantern?" She asked slowly.

"Ah yes,although I am not the only one who is pretty young one,you too." She blushed a thin shade of pink
"Thank you..Um,What color is your choice?" She asked and raised the different colors and shades of lanterns up "I would like to buy this one,it seems simple." You said and pointed at the (your fav color)

"You've got a nice choice." She replied smiling

"How much is it young one?" You asked and put your hand inside your pocket and took your bag full of silver "That would be 10 silvers." She said handing you over your lantern

You grabbed ten silvers and handed it to her as you slowly take the lantern from her "Kamsahamnida." She smiled,you were quite lightened from her smiles
You smiled back and you slowly turn around to walk away when you heard a voice.

"Princess?" You heard a voice from your side so you flinched a bit "Y-Yes?" You looked to your side and saw that curious boy from the Hwarang House.

"Hansung?" You asked

"Oh...princess,I didn't know you love to light lanterns." He smiled and pointed at the lantern you were holding
"Oh,This is kinda my first time." You said "Oh? Why is that?" He asked "When I was young I was always jealous of low ranks being able to go out and light those beautiful lanterns,but my father doesn't want me going out to have fun,he chose to lock me up inside the walls of the castle without actually seeing the sight of nature nor happiness." You stopped and looked at Hansung looked deeply at you.

"Did I say too much? I bet you don't like hearing this kind of princess with her own problems being told you heh,I think you might judge me." You faced up front and felt a hand stop you

You looked and Hansung was holding your shoulder
"I would like to hear your story,don't be shy...it's okay to tell me,I'm just like my brother..I lived locked up with my Grandpa and kept watching him whip my own brother...I hated seeing it so I had to do something my Grandpa chose me because I was a high rank and not my brother." Hansung said and looked at you smiling

"So,Let's light these Lanterns and write wishes for them." And that hit you,the wishing paper...you forgot to buy one.

"Can you wait here? I have to buy something."

"Is it that wishing paper? I have two,you can have the other one if you want to." Hansung offered you a piece and you gladly accept it.

"Thank you..." you blushed,you saw him smile at you.
You kinda wonder why he isn't popular with girls he is adorable.

"Say,Princess?"

"Call me Y/N.." you insisted

"But...you told everyone in the hwarang house to address you Princess." You placed a finger infront of your lips "Shhh,I want to hear them say it because I feel respected." You giggled.

"Why though?"

"Because they are wild boars that are hard to train,unless you try to do something to make them stop being pigs."

"Plus I wonder why you are even in Hwarang,you aren't wild or harmful." You added and huffed.

"I have a secret." Hansung said that made your mind go rumbling with questions.

"Come on,Let's go light up these Lanterns Princess."
Hansung smiled and grabbed a box full of matches and opened it,He grabbed a stick and lit it on fire.

He lit the candle inside the lantern and started to write on the paper what his wish was as you did too,you just asked permission to get a stick and did what he did,since it was your first time lighting a candle you were shaking until Hansung helped you.

"Thank you..." you blushed because Hansung was holding your hands you also didn't know is he was blushing mad red.

"N-No...problem..." He said stuttering.

You smiled and looked at the piece of paper and wrote your wish,for Hansung.

And stick it to the lantern and slowly throw it to the air as Hansung did the same.

"Hey Princess..." Hansung started as he looked down to you,"Yes?" You asked still looking at the sky looking at both of your lanterns.

"Will you...go out with me?" Hansung coughed and looked away

"Sure."

"But you...did you listen?" You were listening to him even though your eyes are up there,admiring the beauty of the flying lanterns you finally stopped looking up and looked at his eyes.

"I like you,you're the best definition of cuteness." You complimented him "Also,What was your wish?"

"For you to have happiness." He said

"Me?" He looked back at you and nodded "It was quite sad that your own Father won't let you have your own happiness inside the walls of your Castle." You nodded

You were happy that someone like him would care about you and your freedom "What was your wish?" This time it was his turn to ask a question.

"To know why you chose to be a Hwarang and..."

"And?"

"For you to find yourself cute and not attracting women." You said and Hansung sulked "Oh come on you might have a chance with women." You joked

"But I already asked you out." You stopped from joking and stared at his face and tip toed to kiss his cheeks
"Who allowed you to walk around the village?" You said "Master Wi Hwa allows us to go home every saturday to enjoy some festivals." You smiled.

Your uncle wasn't bad after all.

"Okta." You insisted

"Eh?"

"Bring me to Okta,You were asking me out right? And I said yes." You smiled and hugged him.

He nodded and grabbed your hand as you two walked to Okta
