My Hotheaded Paladin (Keith x Reader)

Your P.O.V. -

Now all of us were at the canyon-like rocks following Hunk and Pidge, who have their tech gear on hand.

"Okay. I admit it. This is super freaky," Lance said as we paused to look at the rocks.

"I'm getting a reading," Hunk said as his tech started to make electronic noises and he started to walk around.

We all followed Hunk as he led us to a cave that would be invisible to most at a lot of angles. As we entered the cave, we all noticed the carvings that Keith was talking about. 

'Lion carvings.'

"What are these?" Shiro asked.

"These are the lion carvings I was telling you about," Keith answered. "They're everywhere around here."

I noticed Lance was touching the carvings on the wall and they all suddenly started to glow a bright blue.

"They've never done that before," Keith stated.

Suddenly, the ground beneath us crumbled and we all fell down a hole with a little water inside.

{Kinda like a Slip-n-Slide!}

After that, we all fell into a giant puddle/waterfall. Unfortunately (not really), I landed on Keith.

"Uh, s-sorry, Keith," I said as I stood up and then helped him up.

"It's fine," he said as he also stood up.

"They are everywhere," I heard Lance whisper and I turned to see a giant, robotic, blue lion in a blue circle.

'Oh... My... Yes!!'

"Is this it?" Pidge asked. "Is this the 'Voltron'?"

"This is what the aliens are after?" I asked.

"It must be," Shiro answered.

"This is what's been causing all of this crazy energy out here," Keith said as he started to walk towards the lion. "Looks like there's a force field around it."

"Does anyone else get the feeling this is staring at them?" Lance asked as he swerved a little.

"No," Shiro bluntly answered.

"Yeah. The eyes are totally following me," Lance added.

"I wonder how we get through this," Keith muttered as he put his hands on the force field.

"Maybe you just have to knock," Lance suggested and he actually knocked on the force field.

As stupid as it sounds, it works. The eyes of the lion glowed yellow and the force field disappeared. The ground under the lion started to glow the same blue as the carvings and a vision of six lions, like the blue one, flew into the sky and formed an awesome, giant, robotic, humanoid warrior with a sword!

"Whoa," everyone said in unison.

"Uh, did everyone just see that?" Lance asked.

"Voltron is a robot!" Hunk exclaimed. "Voltron is a huge, huge, awesome robot!"

"And this thing is only one part of it!" Pidge added. "I wonder where the rest of them are."

"This is what they're looking for," Shiro stated.

"Incredible," said Keith.

"I... I need a break. This is too good," I said as I put my hands on my knees.

Suddenly, the blue lion started to move. It lowered its head and opened its mouth to us and showed a door leading into its body. Lance then smirked and ran right in!
