Chapter 8

(Lucy's P.O.V.)

I ran into the house, panting, dropping my bag at the door then moving about 3 steps before looking up to see Natsu standing at the top of the stairs.

"Finally your back.." He said.

He seemed a lot more.. hotter.. than normal.

"What's wrong?.. I ran all the way over here without giving Aries little to no reason why." I told him.

Natsu sighed then walked down the stairs to me.

"Bora came over."

My eyes opened widely, my body froze, "B-bora?.." I mumbled.

Natsu looked down at me then patted my head, "I hope your ready for this.." Natsu said.

I looked up at him, "Ready for wh-" I start to ask but his soft lips against mine stop me from speaking.

Natsu wrapped his arm around my waist, pulling me closer.

I fixed my position a little then pued away.

"Natsu why was Bora here?" I asked sternly.

"I had to fill out some paperwork for him.." Natsu answered before moving his head back to mine and I moved away.

"You aren't even acting like yourself.." I whisper then looked down at the floor.

"Luce.." He said softly then got down on his knees and looked up at me.

I glanced at him and he sighed.

He hugged my waist then kissed my stomach, "I love you.. okay?" He says then looks up at me.

My face gets dark red and I look down at him, "E-eh?.."

Natsu laughed a bit, "You heard me Luce."

"I-I.." I start to say it back but freeze up, my eyes starting to water up.

Natsu stood up then lifted up my chin with his finger, wiping my tears away.

I've only known him for a few days.. why do I feel like this?..

Ugh.. this isn't good at all..

"I have some more work to do.. Get some rest okay?" Natsu said before walking away.

I looked down at the ground then nodded my head, "Okay Natsu.." I replied.
