I woke up to a fully grown Bailey licking my face. I opened my eyes and the sun was shining threw my curtains.
"Ok Bailey, I'm up". I groaned.
I stretched and looked over to a sleeping Canon.
I hit him with a pillow.
"Yes Strawberry?". He didn't face me.
"We need to be at the apartment by 12 to see everything". I reminded him.
He didn't move for a while. Until he whacked me over the head with a pillow.
I fell to the floor and Bailey started licking my face again.
"I'm your girlfriend you aren't supposed to hit me". I giggled as he helped me up.
"All is fair in love and war". He smirked.
I rolled my eyes. I took a shower while Canon went to walk Bailey.
I got dressed and made pancakes, bacon, and eggs.
Canon got back and gave Bailey food and water.
"You cook? Since when?". He eyed me suspiciously.
"I've always known how to cook I just never do". I explained.
He went into the bathroom and shut the door.
I sat on the couch looking around at all the boxed up items.
"I'm gonna miss this place". I mumbled to myself.
I boxed up the last pots and pans and put them with the other boxes for our next apartment.
"You ready?". Canon asked coming out of the bedroom.
"Yeah, just saying my goodbyes". I smiled softly.
"This place does hold a lot of memories". He agreed looking around.
"Well, I guess it's time we make some new ones". I smile.
We grab some boxes and load them into my car. We get them all to fit, surprisingly, then Canon and Bailey get in his car and drive to the new apartment.
I ride in silence, until we reach the outskirts of town and pass the place where Canon and I went on our first date.
I pick up the phone and call him.
"How did I know you were going to call?". He answered.
I knew he had a smirk on his face.
"I just called to say I love yoouuu". I sang.
"O my goodness! Bailey do you hear your Mommy". Canon laughed.
"Shut-up! I can actually sing". I rolled my eyes at them.
"Mhm sure". Canon smirked.
Shortly after we got to our new apartment building. Down the street I could see the University.
"We struck gold with this one". Canon smiled.
"I agree". I stood and admired the building.
We went inside and up the elevator to the second floor.
I got my key out and opened the door.
