⇢ Chapter 5

Ein's P.O.V

-

....."I want to become a werewolf again." I answered silently.

I felt eyes starring at me as my head remained down.

"Are you crazy?! Isn't that deadly?" Kai basically yelled.

I looked over at him, startled at his sudden outburst

"Calm down, Kai. How do you become a werewolf again? Don't you need an ultima to do such a thing?" Jax bit his lip in confusion

I looked down at my lap again and closed my eyes.

"Yes, that's the problem. I'll need to find an ultima to do so. The only ultima I know of is Aaron, and he'll definitely not turn me back into a werewolf.." I said, trailing off and shook my head

"No, sorry guys, that's a stupid idea." I added right after and began to lift myself off the sofa until I felt a warm hand grab my wrist, pulling me back.

I turned and saw Kai looking at me with a smile on his face

"It might sound stupid now, but it is possible. We'll just need an extra good plan that we can't risk failing." Kai said calmly to me.

I froze and raised my eyebrow at him "What could possibly make Aaron turn me back into a werewolf?" I asked but remained still.

Kai loosened his grip on my wrist.

"As I said, we'll need to come up with a plan. But right now, you need to rest, you've been through a lot in just one day." Kai smiled again and lifted himself off the sofa to face me properly.

I furrowed my eyebrows but decided not to say anything. He was right after all. I haven't exactly got much energy right now.

"Follow me" Kai said and gestured me towards a large door on the other side of the room.

"Here's a more comforting place for you to stay, it's just a spare room that was originally supposed to be Jax's, but then he decided to share a room with Ryder." Kai noted as he opened the door.

My mouth parted slightly at the wooden room.

The walls were clean and spotless of any dust or newspapers, the floor was covered in soft rugs, a desk laid on one side of the room while the otherside had a large bed that was coated with blankets and pillows.

"You guys really did a great job on this place" I complimented before walking into the room to get a better look

Kai laughed from behind me "We wanted to try and make it as homely as we possibly could" He smiled as I turned around to face him again.

"Thank you Kai, for everything." I said. He's done so much for me.

Kai chuckled and shrugged his shoulders slightly before stepping closer to me

"No, thank you, for giving me hope." Kai answered and looked up at me.

I wanted to pull his delicate figure into a hug, but I decided that would be too creepy for now.
