~~Song of the Chapter~~

Lately I been, I been losing sleep

Dreaming 'bout the things that we could be

But baby I been, I been prayin' hard

Said no more counting dollars

We'll be counting stars

Yeah, we'll be counting stars

I see this life

Like a swinging vine

Swing my heart across the line

In my faces flashing signs

Seek it out and ye shall find

The old, but I'm not that old

Young, but I'm not that bold

And I don't think the world is sold

I'm just doing what we're told

I, feel something so right

But doing the wrong thing

I, feel something so wrong

But doing the right thing

I could lie, could lie, could lie

Everything that kills me makes me feel alive

Today try not to get caught up in the everyday life of work and bills and lose track of your dreams.

That was 5 years ago.

5 years since I've seen Bryce

5 years since I gave birth

5 years since my life changed and I became a whole new person.

Today is my monsters birthday and they are so excited to be turning five.

After the babies were born, I lived with my parents and Quinn had moved in as well to help whenever she wasn't at school.

I was able to finish my degree and graduate last month, December. It wasn't the easiest thing to do online with three infants, a job and no sleep most of the time.

After they were born I got a job at a shipping company working the night shift as a shipping clerk, since my parents and Quinn were busy during the day time but were free at nights.

They were understanding with me and my hours, and up until today, I still work there because the pay is great. But now that I have my degree I finally want to go into finance and since the kids will be starting school and I need to support us, I think it's the perfect time.

Perfect because, won't need my mom to watch them everyday anymore and I can put them to bed more often.

They were suppose to wait until September to start school because they have a late birthday, but my mom was able to pull some strings and get them in early. They had to pass a test in which they did surprisingly well on, so that made their admissions easier.

They would be attending an elite private school for gifted children, all my parents idea, after I had applied for public school, and when tested they saw that Rush IQ score was beyond average.
