Elsa

Anna fell asleep in Kristoff's arms on the way back to the castle, tired from the day's events I would assume. It seemed crazy that all of this could happen in just a few hours, every crazy thing that had happened to us today. Jack, who I had only known for a few days, had just bore witness to some of the craziest occurrences that I've ever had to deal with. He looked at me, glancing between the two couples in the sleigh with us. I was getting tired, too, so I laid my head down on his shoulder and laced my hand with his. My heart swelled at the contact, a real smile spreading across my face. Hans was gone, for now, and I was the happiest I had been in a long time. There was still a lot to be done; planning for the wedding, planning for the baby, defining things with Jack... I closed my eyes, not wanting to think about it.

I must have drifted off because when I opened my eyes I was in my bed and the sun had fully dipped below the horizon. I was especially warm on my back, and I turned to see Jack laying beside me. His mouth was open with sleep, his face slack and making him look much younger than I had thought. He was so precious, and I knew then that I loved him. I loved being with him, I loved talking to him, I loved that he had done so much to help a bunch of people he barely knew. I wanted to kiss him, looking so peaceful like he was, but I settled for nuzzling back up next to him and falling asleep while trying to match my breaths to his.

"You really like it?" Anna asked, twirling her small body in the fluffy white dress. It was beautiful, a princess cut dress with a sweetheart neckline and lace sleeves that covered her collar bone. She looked positively enchanting. Rapunzel and I were both gushing over how gorgeous she looked, even the Queen of Corona breaking her usual regal composure to tear up some at her. She studied herself in the mirror, placing the veiled tiara into her hair and stepping back. She squealed in delight, looking at me. "I can't believe this is really happening!" I smiled back. She had waited years to find her true love, finally doing so in Kristoff, and I was just as happy as she was. "I never want to take it off!" She laughed.

"Well, c'mon. Take it off. I'm hungry!" Rapunzel cried out, meaning that when we were done dress shopping we were going out for lunch. Anna laughed, retreating back to the dressing room to change. "I'm so happy for her," Rapunzel told me, wrapping her hands around my arm and hugging my side. I grinned at her, glad Anna had found a friend like Rapunzel.

"Me too, she really deserves this." I replied honestly, feeling something cold behind me and turning my head to see Jack. He was sitting on top of his staff, legs crossed Indian style. He smiled at me, cheeks glowing a light pink. I excused myself from Rapunzel, who went to talk to her mother, and walked over to Jack.

"Hi," I said, pushing my long hair behind my ear.

"Hi yourself," He replied, white teeth showing as he beamed. We stood there for a few more minutes before he spoke again. "Can I talk to you? Outside?" He asked, running his hand through his messy hair. I nodded and followed him outside. He lead me to a stone bench outside the dress store. "Listen, Elsa, I know I've only know you for a few days," He started, and I felt butterflies in my stomach. "But I really like you. You're... Well, you're amazing. And I don't know how much longer I'll be able to stay in Arendelle. Not that I'm leaving soon, I mean, I'm not but they could call me back at anytime."

"They?" I asked, realizing how little I truly knew about this man in front of me. He bit his lip for a minute.

"I'll explain later, but just hear me out for now. Anyway, you're just everything that I've dreamed about for the centuries I've spent alone," I made a face when he said centuries, confused by everything he was saying right now. "and I just... I don't know how to say this." He tripped over his words for a few more minutes before just stopping. He took a deep breath and pressed his lips to mine. Our cold lips together made a warmth that spread through my entire body, making me certain I was flushed red all over. I kissed him back, my lips somehow knowing exactly what to do, as I pressed him closer to me. We broke apart a few moments later, our blue eyes meeting. We didn't need words to know how we felt, and we sat there for a little longer just staring at each other.
