Saving The Hightopps

*Still Ben's pov*

I quickly got back to the present and ran to the Hatters house.

Me: "Hatter!"

I opened the door smiling.

Me: "Maddy! Your family, they're alive!"

I stopped shouting when I heard crying. I walked up the stairs and saw the love of my life and her father laying on their beds. Both of them had white hair, lips blue along with around their eyes.(In the picture above.) McTwisp was shushing me then motioned me forward.

McTwisp: "Their barely ticking."

Mirana: "We fear you are too late."

I walked inbetween the beds and held their hands.

Me: "Maddy! Hatter!"

I saw some more of their hair turning white.

Mally: "Their fading away. I can't bear to see them like this."

Bayard: "Come,Mally. Say your goodbyes,Ben."

Everyone left.

Me: "Please wake up,you two. Please. Wake up. Please wake up."

I gently took the little hat in my hand.

Me: "I know what this means now. You made it for your father when you were young. Same age when Maddy made her first hat. A token of your love which you thought he threw away. But he kept it all those years. He kept it. And now he needs the help of both of you."

I was about to cry when I saw that they weren't moving.

Me: "I'm so sorry. I thought it was impossible. I should have believed you two."

I looked down but then I heard a weak voice,it sounded like Maddy.

Maddy: (weakly) "You believe us?"

I looked up and saw them smiling, whiched caused me to smile.

Me: "I'll always believe in you two."

The Hatter looks at me in realization.

Hatter: "It's you, isn't it? I'd know you anywhere."

He sat up while smiling.

Hatter: "Your Ben."

I smiled then hugged both of them.

Me: "I was so worried about you two."

I kissed Maddy's forehead while both of them smiled at me.

Mandy: "I don't get it. If our family's still alive...why have they not come back?"

I sighed.

Me: "Because they are being held captive...by none other than the Red Queen."

I watched as Hatter cracked his neck, while both of their appearance changed back to normal.

Hatter: "Bloody Big Head."

Maddy: "Auntie Red."

Maddy giggled a little when her dad stood on his bed.

Hatter: "I'm going to find the Red Queen and bring our family home."

He left to get changed which left me alone with Maddy. I still held her hand.

Me: "Maddy, I'm so sorry that I didn't believe you at first."

She gave me a very loving smile.

Maddy: "It's ok. It was hard to believe from a sane person's view."

We both laughed.

Me: "Hey, I'm getting better."

After we laughed I kissed her then left so she could change.

(This was her pajamas.)
