we will never
sit and wait
a little
longer
because we need to have
what's closest
to us
even if this thing
is half as satisfying
as the thing we could obtain
by waiting a little longer
see,
we would rather
take less
and wait
a little less
we think it will be enough
but it never is.
but,
by waiting
a small bit longer
we can be relieved
and satisfied.
we need to learn
to keep ourselves together,
and tolerate pain
a little longer
so we may
fully
heal.
