Chapter 29

"Olivia what?" Courtney asked, ready to have a heart attack.
"I'm so sorry Courtney. You don't deserve this" Olivia continued sobbing.
"What's going on?!" Courtney shouted.
"I-I can't tell you, it'll hurt you too much"
"You're already hurting me by lying to me" Courtney cried.
She was anticipating the worst and was ready to pack up and leave. Could Olivia be cheating on her?
"Is there someone else?" She asked with a hurt expression.
"No Courtney I promise."
"Then what is it? What's wrong with you?!" Courtney yelled.
"When we were out at dinner one night, we were getting all sorts of looks from people." Olivia began.
"One woman even told me that we were going to hell." She finished.
"You're being distant because you're afraid of being gay?" Courtney asked in disbelief.
"It sounds stupid, but I don't know what to say when someone says something like that" Olivia shouted.
She had began sobbing louder and she had fallen onto the floor.
Courtney rushed over and pulled Olivia into her lap.
"It's okay." She said.
"No it's not, I don't deserve you" Olivia cried,
burying her face into Courtney's shoulder.
"I'm okay, you're okay, we're gonna be okay honey" Courtney said, trying to reassure her.
Olivia kept sobbing and Courtney didn't think she was going to stop.
"Courtney I'm so sorry. I'm just worried that we may not be treated the same as anyone else" Olivia continued.
"It doesn't matter. As long as we love each other we'll be fine". Courtney began "y-you do love me, right?" She finished.
"Of course I do. I love you so much Courtney. I could never ask for anyone else. I just feel like I don't deserve you" Olivia said starting to cry again.
"It's okay baby don't cry" Courtney reassured her.
She helped Olivia up and pulled her into a hug.
"I'm so in love with you Olivia Sui, I never want to lose you"
"I'm more in love with you Courtney Miller".
