Prelude:
It's been three years since Ally last heard anything from Larry Paul. She thought they were going to be together forever, he promised he wouldn't leave. And then what did he do? He left. No goodbye, he always said he didn't like goodbyes. All Ally had left of him was his farewell letter which simply read "I love you, Goodbye."
Now back on her feet, and in Boston again, Ally is a strong independent (still single) woman and a CEO at Cage&Fish, the law firm she's worked at for quite a few years and everything is going great for her.
However, from the moment a new colleague, Sarah, (who just so happens to have Paul as her surname) is hired by Ally, one thing happens after another and the last thing she could expect walks back into her life.
Him.
This is the return of Larry Paul.
