LYCA winced as she opened her photography kit. Ngayon lang niya ito binuksan. Brother in law ni Alford ang bumili nito na galing sa US. Paano ba niya ito gagamitin? Akala niya isang buong camera ang laman nito. Alford examined this but she didn't bother herself to check this.

Ang daming pieces na hindi niya alam kung para saan. Kinuha niya ang camera at sinuri.

"Phase one xf-100." Tyler's voice drew her attention away from the camera. Magkatabi sila nitong nakaupo at sa harap nila ay may malapad na study table.

"Damn! You have one of the most expensive pro cam." Namamanghang bulalas nito habang nakatingin sa camera niya.

"Oh! Bigay lang sa 'kin ni. . . Ni daddy."

"Awesome. My dream camera."

"Really? Eh, bakit hindi ganito ang binili mo."

"Somebody. . . I couldn't afford that for now. My parents didn't support my dream. They didn't support me financially for this. For them, Photography is just a waste of time and money."

"Ayaw mo bang magtrabaho sa company niyo?" Their family owned one of the biggest food manufacturing in the country.

"My dad has offered to train me and let me take over his business. Gagawin ko naman 'yon, pero gusto ko lang 'tong gawin sa ngayon. I'm only twenty-three and I wanted to enjoy my life in my own way for now."

Sabagay. Masyado pang bata si Tyler at kakatapos lang nito sa Master degree niya. He deserves a break. Si Sasahh at Tyler lang din kasi ang tagapagmana ng pamilya.

"Gusto mo magpalit na lang tayo ng cam. Okay lang sa 'kin."

"Hell no! It costs an arm and a leg, Lyca!" He said, in shock.

"How much does it cost? Fifty thousand, one hundred thousand?"

Tyler laughed as if she was making a good joke.

"My camera costs three hundred thousand. . . And yours if I'm not mistaken is forty-eight thousand dollars." Layca's eyes widened. Astounded!

"Forty-eight thousand dollars? Dollars?" Tyler laughed again at her reaction. Inabot nito ang pisngi niya at pinisil.

"You are the cutest photographer I've ever met, babe." He said through laugh. The contact of his skin against hers and his laugh warmed her from the inside out.

"How did you get into Photography? Mukhang wala kang alam sa camera. Your photography kit is for a professional and not for a beginner." Lihim siyang ngumiwi.

"Um. . . I love to capture spectacular image that I see, and recording memories. Those can be valid reasons, I guess."

"Yeah." Kinuha ni Tyler ang camera nito, itinutok sa kanya at kinuhanan siya.

"You are lovely," anito habang nakatingin sa kuha nito. Hindi niya mapigilan ang mapangiti sa papuring natanggap mula rito.

In-on niya ang camera at itinutok naman niya kay Tyler at kinuhanan ito na bahagya nitong ikinagulat nang tumama sa mukha nito ang flash mula sa camera.

"This is my first capture with my new camera. You are my first subject."

"Really?" Malapad itong ngumiti kaya lalong lumubog ang dalawang dimples sa magkabila nitong pisngi.

He's so charming. His hazel eyes were captivating. He's kind and not conceited despite the attention he gets from his fans. A kind of man who girls are proud to bring home to their parents. A great example of a boy next door. The man of her dream.
