Will of Fire

Sakura sat beside Kiara, who was currently in the room beside Lee. It was the hospitals idea, after her collapsing they thought that Lee could bring back her memories.
Personally, Sakura didn't think that was the case. The girl didn't remember any of them but Lee and even then it put a strain on her mind.
After seeing the outfit Kakashi had put her in, she knew she had to get Kiara something more stylish.
So, earlier Sakura went to Ino's house and explained the situation.
Together they got a few cute outfits together, hoping to help catch Lee's interest.
Kiara woke up with a start at a glance she relaxed and smiled at Sakura.
"When are the exams? Kakashi told me I was in them?" She asked, her head tilting slightly causing Sakura to smile.
"Yes, they start in a week which should give you plenty of time to prepare. Do you remember your jutsu?"
Kiara waved her hand, clearly not worried about such trivial things.
"I have an inkling, but with practice I will be ready. I should actually start today." Sakura jumped at the opportunity, and push a bag towards the girl.
"Here! There is an area outside where you can train and the nurses won't mind." Sakura smirked internally knowing Lee would go out there to train as well, and usually sat at the window looking outside afterwards.
Kiara smiled and got up grabbing the bag then began to dress quickly.
As she looked down at herself, she compared the outfit to the one given to her by Kakashi and was confused.
"Sakura...is this alright for me to wear?" She asked walking out into her room.

Sakura squealed at the sight, then coughed into her fist.
"You look perfect, this was actually made specifically for you. It's a material not easily burned away, and will withstand your fire." Kiara smiled at Sakura, then gave a nod and moved out to the field in front of her window.
She moved to the center of the area, not realizing that there were more people watching then just Sakura.
"Okay, stay back. I don't wish to hurt you." With that Kiara held her hands out in front of her, watching as flames suddenly circled her wrists and flickered from her eyes as well.
Sakura states in awe of the power the female had,"How do you control it?" The pink haired girl asked, causing many who were listening to move closer.
Kiara smiled at the flames, then closed her eyes as she hummed gently.
"There's this...hole in my body. I feel it, it's been there I guess even before my memory loss." As she spoke, she cupped her hand close to her heart and the flames centered into her hands. They seemed to dim,"Its this darkness, this deep deep darkness inside my soul, and the flames..." She suddenly gave a spun, spinning on her foot and throwing her arms out. "They lighten it up! They warm my heart, my soul and fill me with meaning." The flames danced around the girl as she spun, seeming to express the joy she knew not how to.
Sakura smiled at the carefree expression of the once emotionless girl.
Kakashi also watched with a small smile from the room of a certain boy and his sensei.
"You said...she can't remember anything?" Lee asked, watching her from his bed.
"Yes, but...she remembered you..." At Kakashi's response Rock Lee smiled, then turned to his sensei.
"I have to get strong! To protect her." He turned to look back at the spinning girl, causing Gai to tear up in joy.
Kakashi sighed as Gai wiped his tears away then gave Lee a thumbs up.
"Okay Lee! I will help you on your youthful path of love!!"

Kiara stopped spinning and looked at the fire flowing around her, then took a deep breath.
She looked at Sakura and gave a strong nod, instantly the pink haired girl threw a rock at Kiara.
Kakashi stepped forward, but stopped when Kiara smirked.
The girl spun, and taking her blade out she cut the rock in half with ease, her flames pushing the rock away with ease.
"Who am I up against?" She asked, not stopping as Sakura threw rocks and she cut them down with ease.

"His name is Dosu, we fought him in the forest. He's able to control sound, and is a formidable opponent." Kiara hummed at this, then gave a nod of understanding.
"Then I already have a plan of action." She spun and quickly cut down the last rock that was coming her way.
Sakura smiled at her fellow teammate and the two gave a nod of understanding.
Suddenly Kiara noticed something, and the fire around her brightened considerably causing Sakura to look away in slight pain.
Lee grinned at Kiara who began to move over to his open window, her fire flowing around her brightly.
However, Lee didn't look away not wanting to. When she stopped at his window, Kiara suddenly noticed the state he was in and gasped.
"Are you okay? What happened?" She asked, her flames dying down until they flickered away into her chest.
Lee winced slightly then grinned up at her,"I fought against Gaara of the sand, a very formidable opponent. But do not worry! Rock Lee will be up and fighting again soon!"
Kiara watched the different emotions flicker across his face then gave him a smile.
"Oh Lee, your already strong! Don't worry! Soon enough you will be up and just as strong as Gaara if not more!" Her red eyes brightened up, and Lee couldn't help but laugh and give her a thumbs up.
Kiara suddenly felt extremely tired and swayed slightly, Kakashi was instantly at her side. He moved to take her to her room, but she stopped him and spun back to Lee.
Before she could over think anything, Kiara moved forward gently kissing Rock Lee on his cheek.
Kakashi couldn't help but smirk as he took the girl back to her room, the red face of Lee and Gai enough to make him cheerful again.

Kiara blushed gently as he helped her into her bed and she looked at Kakashi with a small smile.
"I know that special person you spoke of..." She whispered, gently touching her lips remembering how soft his cheek was.
