Heath cursed as he climbed into his car his fist tightening against the steering wheel as he pulled out of the parking lot of the hotel. He moved easily through traffic. He kissed Hope, he was working on a case he was being distracted by the woman. He knew better, yet here he was frustrated with himself, with this case and more importantly with Hope. She was pure seduction and she didn't seem to notice it. Hell even Lenny noticed it, and he was happily married, he was the only man there for Heath and his siblings after their mother died and he was there for Hope. Yet here he was fucking it up by falling for her. He was acting like a teenager, and that pissed him off. Heath clenched his teeth hoping that Anders found something worth calling him away from what he was doing because then it would be easier to solve the case and get the hell away from there.  Heath pulled into the police station where his brother Finn and sister Crimson stood talking. "Where's Anders?" Crimson turned to him her dark eyes staring holes into him. "God Heath what are you doing?" Heath didn't answer as he pushed his way into the police station. "Anders what did you find?" Heath asked when he found his brother in the conference room glasses perched on his nose and his gaze focused on the many screens in front of him. "There was a disturbance of the cameras over the city. So I tracked down the IP address from the disturbance which led me to the university, but when I looked into it more it vanished. Like someone was tracking my every move. Like they are playing some sick game of hide and seek. I retraced my steps and pinpointed it to Hope's apartment building, to her bedroom. Where the phone was found. I hacked into the phone and it's lead me back to the rec center, where Lina was killed. Whoever is doing this isn't doing it alone. My guess is at least three people are involved. Two are doing the dirty work and one is the mastermind. A genius who has the technology to disrupt the street cameras long enough to kill and abduct around five people and taunt Hope. I've dealt with a lot of shit but not to this level they are always one step ahead, they know what we are going to do before we even do." Heath cursed scanning the screens in front of his brother, "This can't be right, what person has this much leverage with the city?" Crimson asked. "That's nothing I've looked over the autopsy of Lina, and it was similar to a case from the 1970s. Fred and Rosemary West, serial killer couple in the U.K. raped and dismembered their victims. Cut off their fingers and toes. They were arrested in 1995, Fred hung himself in his jail cell January 1, 1995 he murdered and raped over twenty women but was only arrested for twelve of them. Rosemary was considered insane but she still was convicted of it and is in prison. I think you have a copycat, a very advanced copycat." Finn said.
"Yes but what does Hope have to do with it? Whoever it had something out for her," Finn lifted up a folder and flipped it open showing Hope's birth records. "She was born the exact day and time that Fred West killed himself. I think their next victim and strike is going to be on the first and that's in a couple of weeks." Heath pinched the bridge of his nose staring at the folder in front of him, he left the room his siblings following after him, "I want the students files, majors and health records evaluated. I don't want a single student over looked and this town is officially on lockdown. I want two patrol teams out in the city each corner of the city is to be examined. Any strange activity is to be reported and I want them brought in. Paul I want you to call other stations and have them on the lookout in every single city, and county. I want the cameras on at all times no one and I mean no is to be looked at lightly." Heath said and left the station anger radiating from him. He's never dealt with a case like this one and it pissed him off.

"Is it done?" He looked at the person in front of him nodding quickly his wife beside him her face that of cold stone. "Good. Do you have the man ready?"
"Yes." he said watching the cruel smile appear with a slight head tilt. "We move in next week, she won't survive long enough to see her birthday."
