It's been three months since Anxiety arrived, and as much as I tried to stop it, my feelings for him only grew. I decided the only solution was to hide them through jokes and insults. It's not like I was going to tell him how I felt. I might be courageous, but every time I was near him, my insides turned to mush, and my bravery ran as fast as Cinderella running from the ball. And with that conclusion, I devised a plan. Crush or not, Anxiety was still bothering Thomas, and I was going to show him that there would be consequences! So I decided I would prank him. Not anything so drastic that it would set off an attack, but just something to get him a little irritated. I paced back and forth in my room across the gold-trimmed carpet, and past the red and gold curtains that draped the windows. Soon, I had the perfect idea. I prepared myself, and began to lay down the trap.
