16: Barkingburg Here We Come!

Skye's POV:
I couldn't believe my eyes as the hospital blew up. At least I'm feeling better now, if I wasn't it would've been a real problem. I wish I knew whoever saved me. He told me to leave, I took that opportunity and ran to the nearest shelter.
Chase's POV:
I hope I bought enough time for Skye to leave. I really hope she makes it. Us demons are immortal so we didn't die in the explosion.
Jax: "Chase what the hell were you doing?"
Chase: "Don't you lay a paw on Skye.- UGH, HOW DO I KILL THIS 'GOOD SIDE' IN ME! THE COCKAPOO DOES NOT DESERVE TO LIVE!- Yes she does! Leave my body!- MAKE ME."
Jax: "BOTH CHASES SHUT UP!"
They all shut their mouthes immediatley.
Jax: "Chase was not allowed to speak when he was a demon, if only as it was that cockapoo that allowed him to talk. You know what, we're putting you in a cage, no escaping."
Jax opened a portal to hell and they jumped in and he locked Chase in.
Jax: "Now you can't save your precious little cockapoo Skye."
Chase: "Let me out!- HEY! WE CAN DEAL WITH GOOD CHASE! PLEASE!"
Then Cade shows up.
Cade: "Umm, how did Chase get here? Wasn't he supposed to kill the rest of the pups?"
Jax: "Yeah but somehow me managed to talk. The demon inside him can't control him."
Cade: "Hm, we'll keep him in a cage. We need a real expert scientist to study him."
Jax: "Max?"
Cade: "No, we need a. MAD SCIENTIST!"
Jax: "Got it. On my way."

Jack's POV:
Finally. Just a few more hours till we hit Barkingburg. Everyone was playing games and having fun. You know, I really like these pups. Hopefully I can replace Ryder. Then the PAW Patroller stopped driving.
All: "Huh?"
Jack: "What's going on?"
Rocky: "Lemme check. Hmm, Robo-Dog just shut down. He needs to charge. Rubble can you drive the PAW Patroller for a while?"
Rubble: "But imma have to drive for so loooong."
Rocky: "Alright, lazy. Anyone else?"
Nobody raised their hands.
Jack: "Maybe I can drive the thing."
Rocky: "Jack, the PAW Patroller's steering controls are much different than regular cars."
Jack: "No problem. I can handle it in a breeze!"
Rocky: "Okay then."
I sit in the drivers seat and look at the controls.
Jack: "What kind of controls are these?"
Rocky: "Told you, now, let a master do the work. Barkingburg, here we come!"
All the pups howled and cheered.

Skye's POV:
I knocked on someone's house. They looked through the whole and some scanner activated. It scanned me and blinked green
System: "Demon free."
The family finally opened he door.
Man: "Why hello there!"
Skye: "I need shelter, please!"
Man: "Okay, feel free to stay! Umm, where is your collar?"
Skye: "Well, it broke. I'm Skye."
Man: "Hey Skye! I'm John, this is my wife Elizabeth, and my three kids, Kaleb, Kayla, and Kayden."
Kayden: "OH MY GOD IT'S THE PAW PATROL PUPPY!"
John: "Oh really?"
Skye: "Yeah. I'm in great danger so it would be nice if you let me stay!"
John: "Make yourself feel like home!"
Skye: "Thanks!"
I hope they're a nice family...
