Ash pov
Me, Serena, and everybody else are attending a Suprise Party for the competitors in the Top 16, and it's been fun here, especially since I've been with Serena, we haven't danced yet, but that's gonna be starting up soon, but first, Mr Goodshow is gonna introduce the Top 16 competitors. "Hello, and welcome, hope eveeybody has been having a great night, now, before we get this party started, lets introduce the Top 16 shall we, first, from Littleroot Town in Hoenn, give it up for Sawyer...", and Sawyer stands to an applause and waves, "next up, from Veilstone City, it's Paul...", now Paul stands and bows respectfully, "Ninasa City in Unova, Trip", who stands, and also bows. "Next, from New Bark Town in Johto, her name is Lyra", says Mr Goodshow, it's good seeing Lyra again, haven't seen her in a few years.
After a few more people are announced, only me amd Gary are left, "now, the last two competitors come from Pallet Town, this person finished in the Top 32 his first try, but he's back, and been showing off new strength, please give it up for, Professor. Gary Oak", who stands and does his two finger pose, "now, this person finished Top 16 his first try, and has competed on every other league, finishing runner-up in the Kalos League a year ago, he's also the Orange League Champion, and Hall of Famer in the Battle Frontier, please, give it up for, Ash Ketchum", now I stand and get a huge applause. All my friends clap for me, especially my mom and Serena, "let's all wish these amazing competitiors good luck, as this will be the last round that'll be 3 on 3, starting with the Top 8 round, they'll be 6 on 6 battlea, so they better prepare for that craziness, but for now, lets dance", says Mr Goodshow.
