Creak, the door goes. Jungkook hides under his blanket. I'm not scared, I'm not scared. The 10-year-old chants as his eyes shut tight.

He hears the door close by itself. He shivers and tears start to well up in his eyes. He feels his bed dip down to the left side. The figure sitting on it leans closer, and closer, and closer. "Mommy!" Jungkook yells.

"Hey, hey, Jungkookie, calm down!"

"H—" Jungkook hiccups, "Hyung?"

Taehyung's smile calmed Jungkook's heart in an instant. The older squeezes in Jungkook's tiny bed and spreads his arms open for him, "Come here." he whispers. Jungkook takes in the offer.

Jungkook forgets that his twin has been dead ever since they went out of the womb.
