*the four arrive back in Ponyville on the way to the castle*
Spike/Barbra: *looks at them* Starlight Glimmer and Stellar Gleam?
Twilight Sparkle: *concerned* We were sure we saw them guys. But when we looked again, they were gone!
Dusk- *puts a hoof on Twilight's backside* *looks at Spike and Barbra in concern* We're just worried what they could be up to. It's been a few months and our spell probably wore off on them by now.
Spike: *serious* Nothing good, I bet.
Barbra- *crosses arms seriously* We heard they weren't very happy the last time you two saw them.
Twilight Sparkle: *serious* Forcing everypony in their village to have the same cutie mark wasn't right as well as forcing them to stay in the village through manipulative brainwashing. And that includes us. We had to do something!
Dusk- *serious* Like we said in the presentation, a cutie mark is a representation of who you are and nopony is supposed to take that away from you. Especially not from your own pony brethren. *glares* It's unethical and wrong.
Twilight- *nods*
Spike/Barbra: *serious* And now they're coming back for revenge.
Twilight/Dusk- *looks at their cutie marks then at them in worry*
Spike/Barbra- *back tracks* *nervous grin* Uh, or they were just really interested in your speech!
Twilight: Honestly, Spike and Barbra. We're not really sure what we saw.
Both- *calmly* But as long as we have our friends, everything will be all right.
*in the castle*
*the four head to the throne room*
Twilight: Maybe we were just more stressed about that speech than we thought.
Dusk- *calmly* That could be it...
Spike: Yeah. That sounds better than Starlight Glimmer and Stellar Gleam coming back with an evil plot for revenge.
Twilight/Dusk: *smiles calmly* Well, when you say it like that, it does sound kinda silly.
Barbra- *scales lower sheepishly and blush* But about that thing you guys said at the speech...
*they open the door*
Spike: *scales shrink in fear* *panicked* Or it's totally true!
*the four look to see Starlight and Stellar smugly lounging on Fluttershy and Butterscotch's thrones while looking at them*
Starlight/Stellar: *smirks evilly* Welcome home, Twilight and Dusk! *they levitate a scroll and zap it*
*the scroll sends a beam down on the table revealing the Cutie Map*
Spike/Barbra- *worried*
Twilight/Dusk: *glares at them hard with their horns glowing* What are you doing, Starlight and Stellar?
Starlight Glimmer: [laughs evilly] We'd tell you, but we don't want to ruin the surprise!
Stellar- *balls up the scroll and throws it at them* Won't be needing that anymore. [laughs]
*Twilight and Dusk try to blast the rings of magic but no avail*
[wind starts to pick up and creates a portal]
Spike/Barbra- *starts to get swept away but Twilight and Dusk catch and holds them tight with their wings* *the four look in worry*
[Starlight and Stellar evilly grin at them and levitate into the portal]
*the portal disappears*
Spike/Barbra: Where'd they go?
Twilight/Dusk: *looks at the map in seriousness* We don't know,but we'd better find out!
Spike/Barbra: *looks at the crumpled up scroll* *concerned* We could start with this.
Twilight/Dusk: *sees them* *worried* Spike, Barbra, no! Don't touch that!
[the portal reopens sucking them all in]
Twilight, Dusk, Barbra and Spike: [screaming]
[door opens to reveal Pinkie and Bubble with a cake]
Pinkie/Bubble: *sees nopony there* *shrugs* Huh! [loud chewing as they bite into the cake]
