you had been off sick from work for the past couple of days and jack decided to take a break to lay with you. he had came up with a bowl of soup and some paracetamol for your headache. amongst piles of blanket, was you, laying there, day dreaming. jack looked at you from afar and laughed the site in front of him. he walked over to you and slowly peeled the sheets away from your sweating figure. you glance at your boyfriend and give a lazy smile. he smiles back and you sit up on your shared bed and take the bowl of soup from his hands. he kisses your head and you slowly take spoonfuls. after taking you a few you place the bowl to the side and snuggle into the bed more, trying to make yourself comfortable. "i'll be back in a sec, love. call me if you need me" you nod as he leaves the room. only after minutes you feel lonely and in need a hug from your boyfriend so you decide to call him. "jack" you croaked out but there was no answer so you tried again. "jack!" you called, maybe a bit too loud. you heard the heavy footsteps of your boyfriend and he crashes into the room, worry filling his face. "what's wrong?" he asks. you open your arms in a welcoming gesture and he sighs. "i thought something was wrong" "yeah there is. i need a hug from my boyfriend" he shakes his head while smiling. he comes over and slides into the bed beside you, bringing you into his muscular arms. he lightly kisses your head as you wrap your arms around him not too tightly. you both sit in this position for a while, until a hyper conor walks in. "hey guys" he says in a funny voice. but at this point you had already fallen asleep. jack giggles lightly and looks down on your sleeping self. "you don't hug me like that anymore" conor says with his lip quivering. jack laughs at his brothers act. "yeah. sorry bro. i found a better hugger" conor sashays away and jack looks down at you with loving eyes and falls asleep with you not long after
