An alternate reality were Asuna and Kirito don't become a couple. Here Kirito will meet Yuuki Konno and soon after, their journey through life will become one.

"Kirito." Asuna said.
"He'll be ok Asuna. Odd coming from you sounding worried," Klein responded.
"Its not that I'm concerned, its that he kept this from us. You'd think that he would tell us that he was with this girl and her guild."
"Sounds to me that your jealous!"
"Whats for me to be jealous about? I never had feelings for Kirito. Its just that I don't my friend being used for some other players benefit."

"AW YEAH! We did it!" Yuuki screamed.
"I can't believe we did it! Its all thanks to you Kirito!" Yuuki exclaimed.
"Oh, come on now Yuuki, you did pretty well yourself," Kirito replied.
"Thanks!" Exlaimed Yuuki.
"Well, its good to see you safe Kirito," Said Asuna.
"Yeah, thanks," replied Kirito.
"Hey!" Yuuki Said.
"What?"
"We should have a party!"
"A party?"
"That's a good idea," Shun said.
"Yeah, lets go celebrate," Nori replied, "we should have enough money from the quest reward and from what the boss dropped to gather enough food and drinks."
"So its agreed then!" Yuuki exclaimed.
The sleeping knights left floor 27 and returned to the town of beginnings to gather supplies for the party.
Kirito would hold the party at his lake side house while the sleeping knights would gather the supplies.
Shun would pick up bread, Nori would purchase drinks, Siune would buy the spices, Talken would buy vegetables, and Tecchi would purchase the meat. Yuuki decided to stay with Kirito and assist with setting up the table.
"Ok, heres some plates," said Kirito handing plates to Yuuki.
"Thanks!"

Kirito's house was located in the Forests of the 22nd floor of Aincrad. A simple, secluded house away from the bustling streets of the town of beginnings and any strong monsters of its floor or higher.
"Anything else I can help with?" Asked Yuuki.

Kirito turned to see Yuuki smiling at him. Again he felt something, different.
Kirito instinctively reached out and started patting Yuuki's head.
"KIRITO!" Yuuki shrieked.
"HUH?!" Kirito snapped out of it and pulled back.
"I'M SORRY YUUKI!"
"N... no. Its fine, just took me by surprise that's all."
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah, its fine if you want to pat my head. It... felt nice."
"hmm. ok."
Kirito looked down at Yuuki. She was beaming red, but also smiling like usual.
"Ok," Kirito reaching down to pat Yuuki.
As Kirito was patting Yuuki's head, he felt his heart beat a little faster each time he stroked Yuuki's head.
Yuuki also was looking a little more red than before.
"Ki.. kirito?" Asked Yuuki.
"Yes," Kirito replied.
"Could you close your eyes?"
"Sure."
(I don't even know what she wants, yet I'm doing what she wants without even asking why) Kirito thought to himself.
A few seconds past and he felt something warm on his lips and he opened his eyes.
