Chapter 3

~Next Day~

Ja'Mylah POV

My phone started going off. It was my alarm. Ughhhh today is Wednesday. I got out of bed and did my morning routine. I dressed in this (outfit in multimedia room) After I finished getting dress, I went downstairs and went fix some breakfast. I made eggs, bacon, and cinnamon rolls with a side of orange juice. I finished eating and made my way to school. I made sure I had all my work from my classes. I went walk to my mom and dad room. I knocked on the door.

Ja'Mylah*knocks on door*: Mom? Dad?

Mom: Yes sweetie? Dad's still sleep

Ja'Mylah: Ohk, I was just tell you guys I was on my way to school

Mom: Oh Ohk. Bye have a great day at school. Before you go, grab my purse

Ja'Mylah: *grabs her purse and hands it to her*

Mom(gets a credit card out of there): Here

Ja'Mylah: Who's this for?

Mom: You, of course

Ja'Mylah: Mines?

Mom: Yes yours. It has $5,000 on it. Use it wisely.

Ja'Mylah: Ohk thanks mom. Bye

Mom: Your welcome. Bye

I left out the house. I walk to school, so I put my headphones in my ear and made my way to school. I was jamming to August Alsina.

~At school~

Soon as I arrived at school, I put my earphones in my backpack and my phone in my pocket. I made my way to the front office

Secretary: How may I help you?

Ja'Mylah: I have ISI and I really don't know what to do, so I came to ask you. This is my first time getting it

Secretary: Well, all you have to is go to class and she will come get you. Her name is Ms. Jackson

Ja'Mylah: Ohk thank you

Secretary: Your welcome

I left out of the front office and went to my locker. I put my combination in for my locker. I put my backpack in my locker. I have a top locker, and I'm 5'1. That's not gone work at all. I grabbed my binder, my book, I.D., pencils, and a pack of 5 gum. I'm a gum-a-holic. I always have to have gum with me. I closed my locker and made my way to class. I pulled my phone out of my pocket. 7:25. I have 15 minutes until class start, so I decided to go to the vending machine and get me a pop tart and some orange juice. I already ate breakfast, but this is just a quick snack. I went into the library to spare time. The librarian and I are cool, so she lets me eat in here. I went go take a seat at the table all the way in the back. I took my book out of my binder, and put it on the table. I started reading my book and eating my pop tart.

~10 minutes later~

I was on Chapter 8 of my book Deliverance. I was all into my book, I didn't notice anybody came sit at my table. I looked up and seen Chris looking at me.

Ja'Mylah: Ummmmm........hello

Chris: Hi Ja'Mylah

Ja'Mylah: Why are you here? How did you know I was in the library?

Chris: I came to apologize, and I always see you come to the library in the morning

Ja'Mylah: Stalker much

Chris: Sorry

Ja'Mylah: Mmmmhhhhh

Chris: I came to apologize to you about the other day calling you a dike and stuff. And I wanna apologize for all the other times for calling you a man and stuff

Ja'Mylah: It's cool, now can you leave me alone? I'm trying to get this day over with

Chris(gets up): Well dang. Forget my apology. Made me waste my breath to apologize to yo ass.

Ja'Mylah: Ok

Chris(mumbles): Bitch

I put my stuff and got up

Ja'Mylah: What the fuck did you call me?

Chris: Nothing

Ja'Mylah: What did you mumble under your breath? It sound like you said bitch

Nobody really heard us. We were all the way in the back of the library

Chris: Yeah I said it . What the fuck are you gonna do bout it?

Ja'Mylah(creepy laugh): You really think I'm playing with yo ass

I punched him in the face, grabbed my stuff, then left. I hate when muthafuckas think they can run over me becuase I'm short. Bitch please. I'll Muhammad Ali yo ass. I went straight to first hour which was Science. I went to my sent and put my head down.

Miss Bell: Are you ohk, Ja' Mylah?

Ja'Mylah: I'm fine Miss Bell.

After that, she left me alone. Thank God. After while I fell asleep. Someone woke me up out of myself

Ja'Mylah: Who is it?

Mrs. Jackson: It's me, Mrs. Jackson. I came to get you for ISI.

I got out of my chair and followed Mrs. Jackson to her classroom. On my way to her classroom, Chris seen me. He looked at me and mean mugged the fuck outta me. He had a black eye

Ja'Mylah: Boo nigga

He kept on walking

Ja'Mylah(thoughts): Scary ass

We finally made it to her class. I sat down in a seat all the way in the back of the class. I put my head down on the desk

Mrs. Jackson(walking towards Ja'Mylah with a packet in her hand): Miss Washington?

Ja'Mylah: Yes?

Mrs. Jackson: What do you think you have to do in here?

Ja'Mylah: To be honest? Sleep all day

Mrs. Jackson: Well your incorrect. You have to copy word from word from this packet *puts a thick packet of paper on my desk* and do your classwork from all of your classses. All of that has to be done by the end of the day

Ja'Mylah: Are you serious?

Mrs.Jackson(smacking on gum): Yes girl

Ja'Mylah(mumbles under breath): You are ghetto as fuck

Mrs.Jackson(pops gum): What was that?

Ja'Mylah: Nothing

Mrs. Jackson: You better start on your work now

Ja'Mylah: Yes mam

I can't believe I gotta stay in this classroom all day with this women. The bad thing is, I'm the only muthafucka in this classroom. This some bull I swea. Let me start on this work

Mrs. Jackson: Oh and if you don't finish your work by the end of the day, you have to go to ISS tomorrow

Mrs. Jackson: Oh and write neat, where it is noticeable. I was told you have some ugly handwriting

Ja'Mylah(thoughts): Bitch yo whole appearance is ugly

Ughhhhh this is going to be a long ass day
