SIY Chapter 12: Worried ...

" oy Natsu , where's your wife ?" Grandeeney asked her son after realizing that the blonde wasn't around.

" hmm , now that you mention it , where is she ? I haven't seen her since breakfast " Igneel said

Natsu then ran as fast as he could , trying to find where the blonde is . Why didn't he notice that ?!

' idiot ! Thats because when you heard the word BREAKFAST the only thing that comes to your mind was food . You forget Lucy completely tsk ' his sub-conscious scolded him

' I know ! I'm sorry okay ?' he said to his sub-conscious

" ugh , Luce ! Where are you ?!" he shouted as he passed by the waterfalls .

Looking at the place , he spotted a familiar blonde girl laying on the bench of the cottage . He sigh in relief when he realized who it was .

Walking to her way , he caress her cheeks , looking at her tenderly , he then tapped her cheeks lightly to wake her up , she then shot her eyes open looking at his onyx eyes tenderly

" hey Luce , you awake yet ?" He asked sweetly.

" no , no I'm not ! I'm still sleeping " she said sarcastically before rolling her eyes off him

" hmmm , that so sweet love . I love you too " he said

" hmm , Natsu , why are you here ?" She asked suddenly

" I've been looking for you like hell dummy ! Why'd you ran away ?" He asked

" I-I don't know either ... Natsu ... S-should i believe you ?"Lucy asked looking at the waterfalls

" believe me about what ?" He asked.

" about ... What you said to Raven earlier " she said.

" about loving you ? Yes , Thats true , i loved you since then , believe me ... Don't ever doubt in me " he said sincerely " since we're already here , lets go swim " he said with a smile , he ran to the waterfalls and jumped

" cannon ball !" the pinkette shouted as a big amount of water splashed everywhere.

" come on Luce , the water is cool , it'll make you feel relaxed " he said as he floats on the water .

" nah , don't wanna " she said while watching the pinkette swam.

" okay suit yourself " Natsu said as he dived.

Minutes have passed , the pinkette is no where to be seen , the water was so calm , the only thing that can be heard was the water falling , the blonde felt nervous .

' what if his feet got stucked on rock and got drowned ?' Lucy thought

" Natsu ... " she called but no one answered " Natsu !" she called again still no answer .

She starting to get panicked , stripping her plain green t-shirt , she jumped in the water , she dived underneath to see if the pinkette was there , but she found no trace of him , she's been doing it for almost fifteen minutes but she can't see even a strand of his hair

" N-Natsu ! C-come on ... S-Stop fooling around , its not funny ! " she shouted .

Still panicking , she dived once again , but wrong move . She felt like someone grabbed her ankle , she's scared what if this is the reason why Natsu disappear ?

She screamed at the top of her lungs , she forgot that she's still in the water , losing all the air in her body , she swallowed some water , is this the end for her ?

Suddenly , the one who grabbed her ankles swam to the surface with her , holding her waist tightly .

While coughing , she looked to the person who pull some prank on her , she then saw the pinkette in front of her trying to hold her laughter

" ahaha ! Luce , you should have seen your fa---" Natsu said but the blonde slapped him hard in the face causing him to stop

The part she slapped turns red because of the impact of her palm . It hurts but what hurt him most is when he saw the blonde cry . The blonde slapped him again , then punched his broad chest repeatedly while sobbing ... Which makes his heart break into pieces ...

D-Damn you Natsu*sobs* really !" Lucy stated still punching and slapping him . He doesn't know why but when he heard that she's worry for him , he can't help but feel his heart beating so fast . He held her hands while a goofy grin plastered on his face

" Luce , I-I'm sorry , i felt guilty when i saw you cry , but i felt happy when i heard that your worried for me . Promise I'll never do that again ... I love you " the pinkette said hugging her tight , he then placed her arms on his shoulders , she just sob there as she hugged him

"Just ... Never do that again please " Lucy mumbled to his ears.

" i promise , so please don't cry " he said as he ruffles her wet blonde locks.

Lucy looked at him in the eyes . Both of their heart beating fast . Natsu lean in to give her a peck on her lips and later on become a passionate kiss .

They just parted when they heard a chuckle . They looked to see who it was .

Face flushed , Lucy looked down because of the embarrassment she's feeling ... Well who wouldn't be embarrassed when the whole Dragneel was there , watching them

" momma , you don't need to tell me your answer ... I already knew it " Raven said smiling widely ...
