SIY Chapter 13: A Father's Love ♡
This is it , after six long years , Lucy's got the courage to see her dad , she doesn't know why but she's feeling anxious.
" oy Natsu , can you drive faster ?!" She asked.
" if Thats my girl wants " he said as he speed up his car.
" correction , I'm not your girl " she said rolling her eyes off him.
" *chuckles* But you love me . Am I right Rave ?" He said looking at his son on the rearview mirror.
" yep ! Thats right !" the blonde child said as a goofy grin makes way to his cute little face.
" tss ... " Thats the only thing that the blonde can say , Natsu and Raven chuckled when they saw Lucy blushed like hell.
" hmm , mommy where are we going ?" Raven asked after awhile.
" to your grandpa " she said with a smile on her face
" eh ? But my grandpa was on the island with grandma and auntie Wendy " the blonde child said with a confused look on his face
" no , i mean your other grandpa , mommy's dad " she said with a smile on her face
" hey , we're here already" Natsu said , the blonde then quickly exited the car .
Their house , it hasn't change for the past six years , except that the grass grew tall and the paint walls are starting to fade.
She enters the gate , feeling a big lump on her throat , behind her was was her son and the one who gave her Raven.
" Uhmm , may I know who you are ?" asked a mid 60's woman with a pink hair who's wearing a nurse uniform.
" I-I'm Lucy ... Lucy Heartfilia . Daughter of Jude " she said
" I'm Porlyusica , his nurse . Please do come in " the pinkette nurse whose names Porlyusica said .
When they entered the house , the blonde asked permission if she can talk to his father , the pinkette nurse agreed.
When she enters her father's room , lots of unknown things are on his frail skinny body . He's so pale that looks like a paper to her.
" who is it ?" said a faint voice of her father.
" dad , its me ... Lucy " she said as a tear escaped her eyes.
" Lucy ? Where are you ? Come here my child " Jude said , Lucy just obey him and went to his bedside.
" dad ..."
" Lucy , I'm sorry for everything , i truly regret my stupid actions . Please forgive me " Jude said , Lucy just nod repeatedly while her tears continuously falls
" yes dad . I forgave you . I love you dad, but don't be sorry, The decision you made gave lots of good things to me " she said while hugging her father.
" hush now . I just did it for your own good . If i didn't do it i don't know where to get anything for you to survive " Jude said hugging Lucy back
" its alright *sobs* dad" Lucy said tears pouring out her chocolate orbs.
" now don't cry . And always remember daddy will always loved you no mafter what the circumstance " her father said . Then the door opened , a little blonde boy entered with a pink haired guy on his back.
" mommy , who is he ?" Raven asked, confusion invaded him.
" Lucy , who is it ?" Jude asked
" He's Raven ... m-my son ... " Lucy said.
" my grandchild ? Raven ... Come here " Jude said
" Uhmm h-hello sir " Raven said awkwardly
" call me grandpa " Jude said
" sure Grandpa " he said with a smile
" who is his father ?" Jude wheezed.
"I-Its Natsu " she said
" is he here ? In this room ?" He asked.
" yes , yes he is "
" Natsu . Please come here " Jude said
The pinkette walks towards their way , a weak hands of Jude touched his arms
" Natsu.Do.You.Love.My.Daughter ?" Jude wheezed hardly
" yes sir . More than anything " Natsu honestly stated
" *pant* then.please. *pant* take.good. *pant* care.of.her. *pant* and.Raven. *pant* don't.make.them.cry" Jude said panting heavily
" yes , I will sir " Natsu said.
" Raven ...Its. *pant* nice..meeting *pant* you.boy. *pant* always.stay. *pant* .by.your. *pant* Mothers.side" he said, still wheezing.
" i will grandpa . I will " Raven said.
"Lucy.what.ever.happens *pant* .always.remember.
*pant* that.daddy.loves.you "
" yes dad . Yes ..." she said while sobbing
" now I'll be taking my leave ... Layla's been waiting for me " Jude said as he closed his eyes with a smile on his face before his body relaxed , he stopped breathing and one of the machine start having a line , indicating that he's already dead
"Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeppppppppppppppp " Thats the only thing that can be heard in the whole room . Lucy was just sobbing there as she shake her dad
" dad *sobs* please stop *sobs* messing around *sobs* its not funny " she said " Nurse ! Nurse !" she called out , the nurse quickly entered the room , trying to see if he still have pulse , but she sadly turned at them with a sad look on her face
" I'm sorry but he's gone " Porlyusica said
Lucy can't stop crying , but Natsu hugged her and patted her head like a child that made her relaxed .
" shh , stop crying now love . Just ... Sleep for awhile" Natsu said , Natsu's words was like a magic word to her that makes her drool into sleep
