"riverdale the town with pep" little did they know that they're small town would be shook by the death of a certain redheaded boy that would also lead to the of the leader of the southside serpents meeting his match going by the name of Alexa Thomp...
(A/N sorry guys but before i start not all chapters are gonna be on episodes of riverdale but most of them will be but some are gonna be original just a bit of info on it anywayyyyy back to the main reason your here :))
when the now five friends entered the hell hole they called school Betty firstly had to give the new girl a tour of the school where she met Kevin Keller the sheriffs son, he told veronica that basically everyone knew about her father (Hiram ) and the crimes he had commited which caused the girl to storm off
they were then told that an Assembly would be held in honour of Jason blossom one of the two blossom twins the other being Cheryl the most popular person in the school she owned everything including the river vixens.when everyone was told to go to assembly Alexa decided to sit next to one of her many best friends, Jughead mainly because he signalled her to. he then began to complain about his dad "ugh Lex i don't know how much more i can take of my dad all he does is drink its ever since my mom and jellybean left" Alexa sat there stunned Jughead had never really spoke about his dad in all the time they were friends she then replied after a few seconds "well jug that could be a lot to take in for your dad even if it was a couple of years ago if that was me and someone i loved up and left i'd be heartbroken and maybe alcohol is his release" he stared at the floor for a few seconds then looked Alexa dead in her blue eyes and said "maybe your right Lex i knew i could always count on you for advice ". now giving her a smile before they were interrupted by a cheer from the students the pair looked around to see Cheryl telling everyone the semi formal was still going ahead.

when it came to lunch everyone was sat around a table (including kevin) listening to Archie's music which was phenomenal even if it was only a rough idea they were all staring at either Archie or the laptop the song was playing from. they were then taken out of their silence when the dark haired teenager sat herself down next to Alexa who had awkwardly moved over by this time the girl then went on to say "mind if i join"and Betty replied with an awkward "yeh" Archie saw the events happening and quickly shut his laptop causing the music once playing to stop veronica then said " what are we doing " in which Alexa spoke up and said "listening to Archie's songs"with a huge grin on her face, kevin then blurted out "i thought we would have to pretend to like it but it was actually really good" Alexa glared at kevin causing him to look down at his food while veronica carried on the conversation while staring into Archie's eyes and saying "wait that was you singing , something your wrote" this caused Archie to blush and explain that it was rough what he was singing so obviously not a finished product causing Betty to speak up and tell him that what he had done was great. he then saw a certain red head approaching the table the group were huddled around he proceeded to tell them he had music and football practice to attend and with that he got up and left the table he had just left in time as the queen bee Cheryl sat down making Betty move over in the process. Alexa despised the blossoms with a passion and got up and walked away before anything was said to her.
Alexa put the remains of her food in the trash can before heading for the student lounge where she was met by jughead slouching on one of the couches his eyes glued to his laptop and typing away, before he looked up to see his bestie standing at the vending machine and broke the silence by exclaiming "Lex what are you doing here why aren't you outside with the rest of everyone ??" she scoffed and began ranting about veronica and Cheryl just taking over everything and Alexa being sick and tired of people thinking they are all better than they really are by this time she had turned around to face Jughead causing the beanie wearing boy to close his laptop and give the half blue haired girl his full attention he sat in silence for a minute before coming up with what he was going to say which was "don't let them get to you they just Lex their not worth it " he looked at her with such understanding and she returned the look and hugged her beloved best friend and mumbled into his shoulder "what would i do without you jug" in which he replied "you wouldn't" and they both started to giggle

by this time school had ended and Alexa was sat on her bed chilling yet again until she got a text from Betty telling her that she made the river vixens all thanks to veronica and their performance she then went on to say that she HAD to come to the semi formal or she was gonna drag her there herself Alexa agreed but through it all, Alexa got the feeling she was being replaced but quickly shook the thought away putting it down to paranoia , thinking Betty could never do that to her.she then realised that the semi formal was that night so she picked up her phone and texted Jughead the conversation went something like
A:hey jug so the semi formal is tonight and i was wondering if you would come with me
j: Lex you know that isn't my scene do i have tooo ?
A: yeh you do im not going to this alone betty is dragging me there so im dragging you so be ready by 7 i'm going to pick you up in my car understand
J:okay okay i'm sure i have a suit somewhere see you in a little while then xx
Alexa was not surprised when jughead put kisses at the end of the text they did it all the time. [a little later] it was 6:30 and Alexa had already got dressed sorted her hair and make up and was about to leave she went with a long royal blue dress that fitted perfectly she grabbed her keys from the bowl near the front door before she was stopped by her mother asking "where do you think your going" she got a reply of "oh im going to the formal with jughead " "right so any knowledge of what time your going to be back " she then replied with "no but i'll text you when i do and i'll make sure to be safe " she put on a fake smile and gritted her teeth "well bye now i've gotta go pick up jug " "ok well have fun and don't get into ant trouble " "i won't bye now" and with that she slammed the door and walked over to her car

by time she had got to the drive in (which was where he was staying)it was 7 on the dot and jughead was in his suit leaning against the wall with his arms folded and a smirk on his face as she hauled herself out of her white bmw (her mother always made sure she had the best which Alexa hated) and walked over to jughead pointing her delicate finger at him "say anything about the dress and i'll kill you " jughead held his hands up in surrender while meeting Alexa halfway they both got back into the car and made their way to the familiar school they attended only to be met with banners of jason blossom's face plastered all over them
"woah that's a little creepy don't ya think" the mysterious beanie wearing boy said he was then met with a reply of "ya just a little" they both giggled and headed straight for the drinks Alexa and jughead had known that the drinks would've been spiked but jughead continued to drink them which the girl dressed in blue found strange but knew he never really had a lot of fun and brushed it off as nothing
{A/N i updated as promised and i'm sorry if this doesn't seem like normal jughead behaviour but it's the way i wanted Alexa to meet fp which should be in the next few chapters but until then you might have to put up with a bit of drunk jughead again sorry if this offends anyone but i should update within the next few days. :)}
