Waking up in the now clean trailer felt natural to the 'queen of the serpents' she had spent so much time there it felt like she lived there which was what was actually happening because of the whole scenario with her mother hitting her and everything. Alexa looked at the clock to see it was 7 she realised there was no point in going to school anymore it wasn't as if the school she went to cared if she showed she was now the co leader of a gang why would she need education? only to measure out the amounts of drugs that needed to be sent out or the cash they had made that day just as she was getting deep into thought she was pulled out of it by jughead leaning against the door frame with his arms folded
"you comfortable there?" she turned her head then stretched while yawning "yah how can someone's bed be so comfortable mines all lumpy and my moms old one " he smirked " well as lovely as that is we have to get to school " she raised an eyebrow "yeh i'm not going anymore there's literally no point " he scoffed " right? so what are you going to get up to with all of this spare time ?" she sat up by now "well i have business to attend to i'm basically the temporary leader thats keeping the peace speaking of which i have to get down to the wyrm there is a pile of paperwork i have to get through " he nodded then she spoke again " oh yeh did tall bot come see you last night i was in too much of a deep sleep to hear " he blushed "oh you was here last night ? and yeh he gave me a serpent jacket he said it was my dads when he first joined the serpents" she smiled "yeh your dad had me get it for you he obviously wants you to follow in his footsteps and yeh i came in at like 4 am which brings me on to my next point why was betty leaving just as i was walking in ? " he laughed "well um we were just talking and stuff" "and stuff huh i'm the same age as you i know what you was doing " she stood up stretching again
"my god i miss your dad he kept me so warm when i stayed over " he rolled his eyes " yeh well maybe sometime soon he'll get out and you can go back to hugging and fucking each other " she glared at him "its not like that your dad and i really do love each other and you even admitted it when we were at the station now get out while i get changed " he pulled himself away and walked to the kitchen . Alexa now being worked up thrashed around looking for clothes to wear that day she opened drawers searching for a shirt she came across one of Fp's plaid shirts she gripped in her hands and smelt it knowing it would still smell of him she sat back on the bed and silently cried on to the fabric for a few minutes she soon composed herself and wiped her tears she sniffed then put it back she found one of her own shirts then put i on along with her jeans and sneakers with her serpent jacket and the same baseball cap that Fp wore when he torched the car with her with her hair hanging over her shoulders she walked out the door
"bye shit head " she slammed the door behind her and made her way to her car and looked at the opposite trailer her moms she saw her mother there staring out the window her hair a mess in a dressing gown smoking as if she had given up on herself because her daughter had left the girl shook it off and got into her car and drove to the famous south side bar she pushed open the doors as if she was on a mission which she was. she was trying to find a way to get her love out of the hell hole he was currently in she swiftly walked up the rickety old stairs and pushed her way into the office and sat in the oversized leather chair and sat with her legs crossed and her arms resting on the arm rests she leaned her head back and closed her eyes tightly thinking of all the times she'd been with him a few tears rolled down her face . her grip tightened on the arm rest until her knuckles went white she wished he would just walk through the door and tell her how much he loves her but she knew that was never going to happen not for a while anyway
she leaned forward and looked through his paperwork looking for some strand of hope that she could find a way to get him out of jail then she remembered the jacket that was hidden some where in the trailer they now shared she rushed and got her phone out of her pocket and dialled betty's number knowing she would call all of the gang she ran out the bar and jumped in her car waiting for betty to answer when she finally did she quickly spoke "hello betty hi i need you to meet me at Fp's trailer bring all the gang i'll be waiting we're gonna get him outta jail " she simply replied "ok" and they hung up on each end.
after driving like a mad woman Alexa made it to the trailer and the whole gang was waiting for her with questioning looks on their faces she got out and jogged to them "hi guys so i know i have a lot of explaining to do so lets go inside and do it " they all just followed sitting in different positions and situated around the living room and kitchen veronica who was leaning on the counter spoke first "so my first question is why are we in jugheads dads trailer and not yours ? " Alexa replied "i moved out of my trailer " she pointed out the window to her former trailer "because my mom hit me because of what happened at that dinner everyone was at while you and archie broke in here and searched " she went quiet and betty asked her question "why was you crying when you got to the school and told everyone Fp was arrested like you fully broke down " the girl exhaled "well this has been a long time coming "but jughead saw it coming he was sat on the couch listening intently "i don't know how to put this but i have been seeing Fp like as in a relationship and i am the co leader of the serpents while he is away " all off their jaws dropped archie spoke without looking up "how long?" she laughed nervously "a week after i met him " they all looked at her "and you wan't going to tell any of us " then jughead explained "i knew well Alexa told me but only because i was sure to find out anyway " they all went to walk out but she stopped them "listen we can get over the shock later but right now the reason i called you here is because i think i might have a way of getting Fp outta jail so lets set a truce for the time being ok now before Fp went away he told me that he had some sort of insurance to help him get out and i know what that insurance is Fp confessed to torching the car but what he didn't tell you was i was with him and he took jason's jacket but he said something else if only i could remember what it was so lets get looking because time is ticking
with that the teenagers got to work looking for the supposed insurance
