"Ion know what you see in her anyways, she's selfish as fuck and I love my sister but she can be a bitch sometimes." Maceon said not holding his tongue.
O'shea dribbled the basketball and shrugged. "It's just something about her." He said shooting a three. "He right though, A'lyric is fine as hell but she's a bitch."
Austin said. Maceon grabbed the basketball and threw it aiming at his head. "What the fuck!" Austin yelled catching the ball before it could hit him.
"Don't call my sister a bitch." He said. Austin smacked his lips. "You just called her a bitch though." "And? Cause she's my sister nigga."
Maceon said. "Man whatever." Austin passed the ball back to Maceon. "It ain't like you could tame her or some shit, you'll get tired of her mouth eventually." Austin said.
Mace laughed. "True, and she don't listen to no damn body.." "Aight just watch me, she gonn be calling me daddy.. imma put her ass in check."
Maceon and Austin looked at eachother then started laughing. "I'm foreal." O'shea said. Maceon held his hands up. "Whatever you say brother."
"Owe I wanna play!" Dominick said walking outside. The guys looked at him and smiled. "You sure lil man?" O'shea asked. "Yes. I. Am." He said fixing his glasses.
"Alright you and me." O'shea said passing the ball to Dominick. He caught it and started dribbling the basketball. O'shea bent down and tried to take the basketball out of his hands but Dominick was too quick.
"Oh okay, so you playing forreal huh?" O'shea asked. Lyric walked in the backyard and folded her arms. O'shea snatched the ball out of his hands and Dominick fell on his behind.
"Damn my bad." O'shea said holding his hand out for him. "You little cheater." Lyric said walking on the court. Dominick sniffed and folded his arms.
"How I cheat?" O'shea asked. Lyric rolled her eyes and helped her little brother up. "You okay?" She asked. He nodded.
"You ain't answer my question." Lyric placed her hands on her bare hips since she was wearing some basketball shorts, a nike sports bra, her hair was in a messy bun and she wore no make up.
O'shea thought she looked better with no makeup. "You can't play street ball with an eight year old.. so you cheated." O'shea laughed.
"What you know about street ball? I bet he can play better than you." O'shea smirked. Lyric cocked her head to the side. "Is that a challenge?" She asked .
"Oh don't get her started." Maceon mumbled twisting the cap on his water bottle. O'shea took a step closer to her.
"What if it is?" He asked. Lyric squinted her eyes then quickly snatched the ball from under O'shea's arm. "Alright you're on." O'shea smiled.
"My sister is gonna beat you!" Dominick yelled. Lyric gasped and laughed at him. Dominick sniffed again and sat beside Maceon who couldn't stop laughing.
"Alright, game." Lyric smiled and checked the ball before bending down.

O'shea dribbled the ball while Lyric was hot on his tail before he knew it she was inches away from the ball and she smacked it out of his hand. "Ohh!" Everyone yelled.
Everyone was outside watching them play since it got heated. They were tied and had been playing for hours. Lyric ran down the court and made the winning shot.
O'shea tried to catch his breath while everyone celebrated. "Damn man.. I knew she would win." Maceon patted O'shea shoulder. "Shut up." O'shea moved his arm and Maceon laughed.
Lyric locked eyed with him and smiled.
The kids started playing a game while O'shea followed Lyric to the kitchen. "I forgot you knew how to play." He leaned against the counter and Lyric grabbed two waters and handed one to him.
"I've been playing since I was little." Lyric shrugged. O'shea looked her up and down. "So you and Carlos?" He asked. Lyric swallowed her water and looked at him.
"What about him?" She asked. O'shea shrugged. "Y-you like him?" He asked. Lyric sighed. "I guess he's okay, he asked me out or whatever." She rolled her eyes.
"And you said?" Lyric raised a brow. "I said yea.. why?" She asked. "I'm just looking out for you.. since we like family and all." He mumbled.
"Yea you're like a brother to me." Lyric smiled and O'shea gave her a fake one. He couldn't believe how much shit he was telling his boys when he couldn't even tell her how he felt.
"What about you?" Lyric asked. O'shea looked at her. "What about me?" He asked. "You don't have a girlfriend?" She asked. O'shea shrugged. "I mean..yea I lots." He lied.
"Oh really? Well how about we go on a double date then? I don't wanna be alone with Carlos." "You scared of him or something?" O'shea asked.
"I don't know.. I feel like something is off about him." "Like how?" O'shea asked. Lyric shook her head. "Just forget about it, so will you come?" Lyric asked.
"Yea I'll come." Lyric smiled and pulled him into a hug catching O'shea by surprise. They haven't hugged since they were kids. "Thank you." "No problem."
Lyric laid her head on his chest and heard his heart beat. He was warm like a teddy bear and she liked it. When she realized that hug was a little too long she pulled away.
"Um, since my parents are out we're ordering pizza... you wanna stay?" She asked. O'shea looked at the time on the microwave. "Nah I gotta be home by dinner or my Mama will flip."
Lyric nodded a little disappointed. "Oh okay, well text me.. when you have a date." She said. "I will, see you later." She smiled and he left. Erin came from the back after seeing the whole thing.
"Owe, you like him." Lyric rolled her eyes. "No I don't." She placed her hand on her hip.
She was starting to but was trying to ignore it. She liked how he hugged her, she felt safe and warm in his arms. "Yea right, I'm thirteen years old..I can since the tension between you two."
Lyric cut her eyes at her. "You need to stop reading those Wattpad books." Erin smacked her lips and Lyric laughed.
