"Imma see you at the studio later right?" Luke asked Lyric as she walked him to the door. "Yea just let me get ready first." "Alright." He smiled and kissed her lips.
Lyric let his hands go and folded her arms watching him open the door. O'shea stood outside about to know when the door opened and he came face to face with Luke.
"Shit." Lyric mumbled. O'shea stepped inside and they looked at eachother up and down. "Um, Luke this is O'shea..Mila's father. O'shea this is Luke, one of my artists."
They gave eachother a headnod. "I'll see you later Lyric." Luke said dismissing herself. "Okay."
He left and O'shea closed and locked the door. "Damn, how old is he? sixteen?" O'shea joked but he was dead serious.
Lyric rolled her eyes and walked into the kitchen. "Don't worry about it." O'shea looked her up and down.
She only had on some boyshorts and a tanktop. Her hair was in a bun ontop of her head that looked like a huge pumpkin since her hair was orange.
She wore some Versace slides showing off her painted toe nails. O'shea knew she was taking care of herself just by looking at her.
O'shea shrugged and leaned against the counter. "I'm only asking because I'm worried about you...I don't want you to go to jail for statutory rape."
"He's twenty and what makes you think we're doing anything?" She asked grabbing a box of cereal and the milk.
"You have your underwear on and he called you 'Lyric' only people close to you call you that." "Then he's a friend." O'shea shrugged.
"Still wouldn't explain why you don't have any bottoms on,your ass is on display and shit." Lyric chuckled.
"So what are you asking me O'shea? Just ask..we aren't kids anymore." She stuffed some cereal in her mouth and leaned against the counter.
O'shea licked his lips. "Are you fucking him?" He asked. "Yes,anymore annoying questions?" She asked.
O'shea shook his head. "Mila met him yet?" He asked. "No and she's not going to." "Cool." Lyric rolled her eyes.
"If I wanted her to meet him I would've done it by now." "Yea but you would talk to me about it first right?"
"I don't think it would be a problem,I didn't care if Mila met Courtney so why would it be a problem if she met someone im interested in?" O'shea sighed.
"That's different." Lyric shook her head. "No...I don't think so. It's not like I'm marrying the man or if this is my third marriage." Lyric smiled and O'shea frowned.
"Very funny." "No I'm serious." Lyric laughed. "I don't think it's a problem and you shouldn't either."
"Well I do,I don't want her meeting multiple niggas that walk through this apartment." Lyric raised a brow. "Did you just call me a hoe?" She asked.
"I didn't say that." "You basically called me a hoe though..you're the last person to be calling anyone a hoe." Lyric spat. O'shea scoffed.
"So now I'm a hoe?" He asked. "Yea pretty much, only hoes sleep with a girl then run back to his girlfriend and propose."
O'shea slowly frowned and Lyric rolled her eyes. They stared at eachother in silence. "I'm sor-" "Save it." Lyric waved her hand.
"Just don't." "I didn't know that was bothering you." He said. "You would have if you didn't avoid me,but it's not bothering me."
"I know I just-" He sighed. Lyric waited for him to speak but he didn't. "I felt guilty." "And you regretted it?" She asked. O'shea shook his head.
"Of course not." Lyric nodded. "Did you?" He asked. "Yea when I felt like you did." She sat her bowl in the sink. "Do you now?" He asked.
Lyric shrugged. "I dont know and that's what's wrong. You're getting married." O'shea nodded. "I know."
"You proposed to her right after you slept with me and confessed all of the feelings you had towards me...now I just look like a fool."
"You're not a fool." "Yea right and you're still gonna marry her aren't you?" She asked. O'shea opened his mouth to speak but nothing came out.
"I thought so..what did you come here for anyway?" Lyric asked. "Nevermind,it doesn't matter." He stood up and Lyric watched him walk to the door.
She wanted him to say something but he didn't. He grabbed the doorknob taking a deep breath looked back at Lyric then left.
Lyric blinked her eyes trying to sustain her tears.

"Are you serious?" Maceon asked with wide eyes. "Yea..I don't know what imma do." "Drop that bitch." Maceon shrugged picking his drink up.
"Stop calling Courtney a bitch." He said defending his fiance. Maceon rolled his eyes and Austin finally arrived. He frowned when he saw O'shea.
"Why is he here?" He asked Maceon while he pointed at O'shea. Maceon sighed. "I wanted to see both of y'all."
Maceon said lowkey trying to set them up together. They haven't been the same since O'shea admitted to sleeping with Austin's girlfriend even though O'shea didn't know they were together.
But that was seven years ago and Austin still didn't forgive him. "I don't give a fuck,I don't wanna be nowhere around this nigga."
O'shea sighed. "Yo chill alright-" "No." "It was seven years ago..you can't move on?" O'shea asked getting irratated.
"No I can't,that was some foul shit and you know it. What if I fucked Lyric? Would you be able to move on?" Austin asked.
He was getting the attention from majority of the restaurant. "Yea I would, you forgave Marisol..why you can't forgive me?" O'shea asked.
"Because you were supposed to be my brother." He said getting soft. O'shea nodded. No matter how many times he apologized to him Austin wasn't having it.
O'shea stood up. "I'll see you later." Maceon frowned and watched O'shea leave. Austin sat infront of Maceon and watched Maceon shake his head at him.
"What?" "You gotta get over it man..we not kids no more." "He-" "He was taken advantage of..if you wanna be mad at someone be mad at Marisol atleast he told you what he did instead of keeping it a secret."
Austin sat back and thought about it.
