men don't cry [Poetry]

Interlude 3

So... we've arrived at the end of the week which means I'm about to reveal to you guys, the details of the new book I'm writing.
First of all,
it's called ...
*drum roll*

✿ chrysalism ✿

n. the amniotic tranquility of being indoors during a thunderstorm, listening to waves of rain pattering against the roof like an argument upstairs, whose muffled words are unintelligible but whose crackling release of built-up tension you understand perfectly.

It will focus mainly on all forms of nature. Poems that focus on the joys and wonders of life itself and being able to appreciate those joys in the midst of all the bad things (thunderstorms) around you.
