Chapter 14

I am so sorry for not posting this chapter sooner. <3 I had post-poned writing temporarily, because of my mom. She had fallen and broken her sacrum in 2 places, a day after Christmas. The doctors decided to let it heal on its own and have mom do some rehab to walk again. She was sent to a facility, where she stayed for a month for rehab. The care wasn't as good as I wanted, so I dealt with it as I saw fit to. My mom came home on the 31st of January. I resumed writing this chapter soon after and finally finished it a few days ago. So, without further ado, here's chapter 14! :) Thank you all for being so patient with me! ^_^ Enjoy!

 Alan's POV

We arrived at the airport after 20 minutes of being in the limo. I got out of the limo and helped Jessie out. We grab our luggage and head into the airport. Jessie said, "You still won't tell me where we're going on our honeymoon?" I chuckle, "Nope, but I'm sure you will know once we check in." Jessie laughs and said, "Good, I've been curious all day!" I laugh at her in response. I love her so much! I love how she makes me laugh so easily! We go up to the receptionist as I give her both of our tickets. The receptionist was a young woman with blue eyes and light brown hair. She said, "Ah, hello, Mr. Rickman, Mrs. Rickman." I smile as I said, "Hello, Sabrina." Jessie said shyly, "Hi Sabrina." Sabrina smiles, "Looking forward to your honeymoon, sir?" I smile at Jessie and pull her close to me, then I look back at Sabrina, "Yes, I am." Sabrina smiles and said, "Enjoy your trip to Hawaii!" Jessie's jaw drops open in surprise as she looks at me wide-eyed. I grin and said, "Surprise love!" Jessie still with that expresssion of utter surprise, said, "We're going to Hawaii?!" I chuckle, "Yes, love. We are. I've been planning our honeymoon for weeks." Jessie grins widely and jumps on me. I catch her and hold her with an "Oof!" She kisses me deeply on the lips. I chuckle as I kiss her back. After we break the kiss, I set her down and ask, "You never been to Hawaii?" Jessie shakes her head, "No, I haven't. I could never afford to go anywhere outside the US." I smile, "Well then, I recall a saying that you told me, love." Jessie smiles as she said, "And that is?" I smile widely, "There's a first for everything." Jessie laughs and kisses me on the lips, then said, "You're amazing, do you know that?" I smirk slightly, "I know. I am amazing aren't I?" Jessie laughs again, which in turn, makes me laugh. I took her hand and together we went and got our luggage checked. Afterwards, we went to the luggage carousel and dropped off our luggage. Though, I took the talet with me and my bag. Jessie brought her laptop with her along with her tablet. We walked hand-in-hand to our gate and stop in front of a woman with wavy brown hair and brown eyes. I smile and hand her our 2 round-trip tickets. She's smiles back, took our information, then hands me our 2 tickets back. She said, "Enjoy your trip to Hawaii!" I said, smiling, "Thanks." As she opens the door to allow us to go to our plane. I felt Jessie shake slightly as we walk towards our plane. I said, "You alright, love?" Jessie smiles nervously and said, "Yeah, I'm ok. Just nervous. This is the 2nd time I get on a plane." I chuckle slightly, "Still nervous about getting on a plane, after your 1st time?" Jessie nods, "Yeah." I squeeze her hand slightly and kiss her hand, "It'll be fine, love." Jessie smiles and blushes slightly, "I know, babe." I smile back as we enter our plane. I lead her to our seats, first class of course, and helped her put her bag away. I put my own bag away as she sat down. I sat next to her and put my seatbelt on, then took her hand. I smile as she turns from the window, to me and smiles back at me. We watched and listened as a Stewardess talked about protocol and safety procedures, including how to put on a seatbelt. Soon after, the stewardess sat down and the plane began to move down the runway. Within minutes, the plane took off into the air. We were on our way to Hawaii.

Jessie's POV

Alan and I talked during the flight. I lay my head on his arm. He in turn, wrapped his arm around me and smiles. I smile back and relax, thinking back onhow the receptionist said my name, Mrs. Rickman. That will take some getting used to, but I love it just the same. Soon though the plane started to descend and the flight attendent told us to put our seatbelts on. We did just that and waited for the plane to land. Once the plane landed we got off and headed for the luggage claim to get our luggage. We grab our luggage and headed down the escalator as we were coming down the escalator, I saw a sign saying our names. I nudged Alan and pointed to the sign. Alan smiles, "That's our driver, love." I grin and said, "Really? Awesome!" Alan chuckles as he holds my hand. A lady stood nearby holding some leis. As we stepped off the escalator, the lady stepped forward and said, smiling, "Aloha." I said, "Aloha." As did Alan. The lady smiles and puts a lei on both of us as she said, "Welcome to Honolulu, Hawaii." Alan said, "Thank you for the welcome." I smile and said, "Thank you." She smiles and continues on to the next person who got off the escalator. The guy who held a sign with our names on it, came forward and said, "Alan, Jessie?" Alan nods smiling. The guy smiles and said, "Hi, my name is Edwin and I'll be your driver for your entire stay here." The guy had black hair, brown eyes and fair skin. Alan smiles and said, "Nice to meet you." Edwin said, "A pleasure to meet you as well." Edwin shook both our hands and had us follow him. We followed him out of the airport and to his car. It was dark out as he opened the car door. Alan helped me into the car as the driver put our luggage in the trunk. Alan got in the car after me and shut the door. Edwin got up front and started the car. We drove for about 20 minutes until we got to our hotel. It was by the beach. I grin and said, "I can't believe we're on our honeymoon!" Alan chuckles in response, as the car pulls up to the hotel. Edwin comes around the car and opens the door. Alan steps out of the car and helps me out as well. Edwin opens the trunk and helps take the luggage out. Alan said, "Thanks, Edwin." Edwin nods and smiles as he hands us our luggage. We take our luggage and head into the hotel. Alan walks up to the receptionist and gets us checked in. We head to the elevators. Alan presses the up button and waits with me for the elevator to come down. The elevator pings and the doors open. We enter the elevator with our luggage. Alan presses the number 8 button and the elevator doors slides shut. The elevator went up and stops at the 8th floor. The elevator doors slide open and we walk out of the elevator. Alan and I walked until Alan stops in front of 830. Alan puts the key in the door and opens the door. Alan said, "Ladies first." I smile as I enter our hotel room. Alan enters and said, "What do you think of our suite?" I look around the room in amazement. There was a living room with a dark red couch and love seat, a big screen tv, black small tables on either side of the couch with Elegant looking lamps sat on each one. A matching black coffe table sat in front of the couch. To the left of the living room was the kitchen. There was a nice bar area there, with black marble on the counters and bar area, a steel fridge, electric stove, and mahogany cabinets and drawers. A beautiful black marble sink and dishwasher sat by the fridge. I walked into our room as Alan chuckles at my amazement. Our bedroom had a king size, 4 poster bed. The curtains and blankets were a navy blue. The carpet was white and soft. There was a screen tv in the bedroom, too. A small fridge filled with alcohol sat against the wall. navy blue curtains hung on the windows. Mahogany side tables completed the look. I went to the bathroom and looked around. The bathroom had a beautiful white tub with holes for jet stream waters to flow into the tub. The shower was elegant with a glass door and fancy looking shower head. There was even one of those hose like shower, so that we can get water in every nook and cranny of our bodies. Across from the tub was a beautiful white marble sink with an elegant mirror. I came back out of the bathroom and said, grinning, "I LOVE IT!" Alan chuckles again and hugs me. I hug him back. After looking around our suite, we went to our room to unpack.
