 " Okay sweety we will see you soon.Love you." they say in unison. "I Love you too." I hang up looking at my mate .." Well are you ready to meet my parents ALPHA?"...looking at him curiously.

*Josephs' POV* 

When she called me ALPHA with that sweet melodic voice of hers... she unknowingly had awaken a side of me I myself never knew was there. Instantly I had her wrapped in my arms looking into those sweet blue eyes, smiling down at her. I crashed my lips to hers filling the kiss with as much passion as I could behind it. It turned me on hearing her call me by my rank, but knowing MY mate referred to me as such means she's willing to accept us. I licked her bottom lip for entrance, though she yet again denied me, you can't blame a man for trying. Her lips molded to mine like a missing puzzle piece, so soft and plump. I gave a soft nibble to her lips earning a light moan from her causing my wolf to growl with approval. I found one of my hands moving slowly towards her nice supple ass while the other remained on her waist. She wasn't denying my touching her or caressing her as our lips dance as one. Gripping her ass softly she let out a soft mewl causing yet again Gerard to go crazy and the chance for me to slip my tongue into her mouth softly. " I can't help it she's hot and that it only takes the littlest thing to set me off!  Though,You may want to disentangle yourself from her before we both do something we're not ready for." he says to me. Ugh, I hate when he's right.  Slowly I pull away from her leaning my forehead against hers..." You have no idea how turned on you calling me that makes me. I apologize for my behavior darlin'." She looks up at me with a soft smile cupping my cheek with her hand, " You have nothing to apologize for Joseph, I didn't tell you to stop or deny I wanted it. So please, stop apologizing." she says kissing me quickly on the nose before sauntering away with a that sway in her hips. "This woman... she will be the death of me!" I mentally slap myself. " YOU?? What about me?! Her wolf is killing me with the dirty thoughts shes given me!" Gerard says. "Let's get you home Ariella." I look at her to say. 

*Ariellas' POV*

I had no idea one man could make me feel all these emotions at once. I won't deny what he did to me earlier didn't turn  me on because it did, very much so. "Let's get you home Ariella." he says to me. I thought when mates find each other the female is to go with the male immediately and live in his home. "His pack may do things differently or he may just be taking it slow for you. Gerard says, his human - our mate- is a kind man and they love us. He will wait for you as long as it takes." Bella pipes in. " I didn't think of that Bella you know we've never been in a pack so I only assumed that it was that way everywhere. At least that's what I've learned." I say to her then block her off so I can focus on my mate. "Yes, but Joseph? I never said anything about going home. I simply said let's go meet my parents. But if that is what you wish then I'll go..." I say with a slight whimper. "NO NO NO, Ariella, darlin' I didn't mean it that way. I just know this has been a day for you , for me too... " He sighs heavily..." I just don't want you to run away before you get to know me... and I, you. I care for you deeply and I want you to be comfortable and happy. I know we just met but I've searched and waited for you since I was 16, and I promised myself and my parents I would do anything to see my mate happy even if it meant the worst for me. I will go at the pace you are good with as long as I get to have you and only you in my life.  Ariella, I've never felt this way about any woman, mainly because I've never allowed another that wasn't destined for me touch me the way you do, I've never had another woman in any way....It's always been for my mate... you." Joseph looks at me with a soft smile. Cupping his cheek I lean up on my tip toes and kiss him softly on the lips. "Okay, then let's get me home." 

We arrive at my mom and dads house around 930. Joseph gets out and before I can open my door he's already done so and reaching out for my hand, helping me out of the car. We walk up to the front door and before Joseph can knock on it I lightly turn the knob and open it. Looking at him I say " My parents expected company and the Alpha at that. Besides they knew we were coming hahaha." I grin. "Ariella? Is that you?" I hear my dad call. "Yea Dad, I'm here and I've brought company." I reply back. " Oh Ariella, sweety I'm so glad you're ok- who's this young man?" My mom asks with bright eyes and curiosity. " Mom, dad, this is Joseph. He's the man that pulled me from the river when I fell and took me back to his place. He had a doctor look over me and let me rest." "Joseph, nice to me you young man." My dad  sounding as if he's sizing him up, sticks his hand out to shake Josephs. I giggle a little because my dad is sizing up the Alpha haha. I see a smirk appear on Josephs face and he shakes my dads hand back. " Nice to meet you as well Mr. Sanders" my mate replies. " Forgive me..." My mom interrupts. "How do you know our last name? We didn't introduce ourselves." She calmly states. " My apologies Mrs. Sanders" (there he goes apologizing again) "but the guest you were expecting for dinner was me. I was out for a run and headed this way when I spotted Ariella by the river. I had your file on hand so I knew who-" he's cut off by my moms gasp and clasping her hands to her mouth. "OH.....MY..... GODDESS! YOU'RE HIM?! YOU'RE THE ALPHA?!" she shouts in embarrassment. "Wait how did you not see him Ariella or smell him?" My dad asks curiously. " That may be my doing sir-" " Benjamin or Ben, you're our Alpha no need for sir." my dad cuts in again.  Suddenly my mate gently grasps my hand and gives me a loving smile. As he looks into my eyes  " I masked my scent Ben so I would not be spotted by anyone in case I needed it for safety.... and then ... I smelled her...." causing me to blush I glance away momentarily. " You smelled my daughter, Alpha? May I ask what's going on? It appears as if you two know something we don't." my mom questions. As my dad walks us into the living room to sit down and further explain I get nervous about telling them I found my mate and they're looking at him. I feel a his thumb run over the top of my hand soothing all my nerves. He looks to me giving me a slight smirk knowing what he's doing is working. " Mom, he smelled my scent. Not just any scent, a special scent only certain wolves can smell." I tell her as Joseph smiles at me rubbing my hand sending soothing tingles up my arm. " And that's how he found you... Ariella we know that, But something else is going on." My dad says. " Ben, what Ariella is saying is only mates can smell that special scent the other puts off....' Joseph trails off a bit. I sit waiting for my mom and dad to put it together when I see my moms little light go off. " You're the Alphas MATE???" she asked with excitement. I don't know why but I couldn't wait to answer her, almost as if my wolf and I knew that this man , this wolf was and is our mate. "Yes, I finally found my mate. He's not just an Alpha, he's the Alpha King." I said with a giggle causing Joseph to smile wider and wrap his arms around my waist scooting me closer into his side. I felt a shock of tingles erupt within me when I said that. "Bells? What just happened?" I ask her " You just accepted the Alpha King as our mate!!! So the sensation of tingles became stronger. Making our desire to be with him all the more stronger Arie. Eventually we will need to be with him all them time." She states matter-of- factly. "Is that why Joseph is beaming?" I ask her. " Yes he and his wolf are very proud that we accepted them as ours out loud and in front of people at that! Now when can I get my paws on our juicy speciman  of a mate???" She purrs. "Bella!! Control yourself!" I shout. Drawing me out of my link with Bells my mate speaks up " And I'm eternally thankful I finally found her as well. She and I have agreed to take this slow and at her pace. It typically is expected that once mates find another the female moves in with the male next day. However, I do not want to rush this with Ariella. That is not how my parents raised me and I do not intend on letting them down anytime soon. I do have a room set up at my home for her for when she would like to come visit for more than a few hours..." I am speechless. I didn't know he did that for me. " But I care for her already so very much and even thought I'm an Alpha I will wait for her to give me the green light on anything." He finishes causing me to look at him with so much more admiration than I ever thought I had before. " We appreciate you being so considerate of our daughter. Not many men out there like that anymore. " my dad tells him. " So what happens now? " my mom asks. "Arie and I take it at our pace getting to know each other, but I assure you both she will be loved as much as, if not more than you could ever imagine." Joseph says. LOVE? He loves me? " Yes he loves us already though he will not say it until we are ready. Arie our mate is the most loving man, he's so kind , caring, and I can tell he's gonna be soooo good in the - " "OKAY Bells that'll be enough of that." I cut her off and block her out. I swear that wolf of mine gets hornier everyday. As our conversation comes to an end my dad then says " Oh Alpha, we know it is not typical for humans to be aware of your existence, but given our situation and we clearly have accepted this way of life, we would like to know what are your rules for this land we reside on. Obviously Our daughter is your mate, however, we are not the kind of people that will disrespect you or your kind." I begin to yawn as I feel my eyes getting sleepy while the men talk... " Ariella are you tired darlin'? " my mate asks as he caresses my back. " Yes I'm thinking I'm going to turn in soon it's been a day. " I let out a little giggle causing my mate to smirk at me. " Ben, Kate, I appreciate you being respectful of my-OUR land as far as I'm concerned you are family. Just as you know from previous encounters with our kind when adopting Ariella, no humans are to know of us. Out side of you two of course. And one more thing... call me Joseph. I may be the Alpha King but I am your daughters' mate and one day I hope to be your son in law." I look at Joseph with heavy eyes smiling my biggest goofiest sleepy smile. " I am off to bed mom and dad, love you both. Joseph?..." I ask him. " Hmm Yes lo-Ahem Ariella?"He replies caressing my cheek. "Will I see you tomorrow? If you're busy I understand it's just ... well.. I.." I begin to mumble. " Darlin' if you'd like to come over tomorrow I can send someone for you. I have some office work to attend to but should be done by 10. Then we can spend the day getting to know each other." He answers for me. I yawn again and suddenly scoops me up and I curl into him as I hear my mom give him directions to my room. His heartbeat lulling me into a dream filled slumber... before I fall asleep I mumble off to Joseph " I'm so happy that I fell into that river.... I found my mate... my love..." and darkness took over.
