I'm dozing off and I don't remember anything I wrote.

Janet's POV

"Be careful." I chuckled and watched as Mariah climbed the ladder and tried to get the star on the top. She had been going at it for about twenty minutes now. Whitney had offered to help her, but she declined the proposition as if it would ruin everything.

"I got it!" I snickered,

"I know, and that's the issue. Put it on the damn tree!" She looked at me from over her shoulder and squinted,

"Watch it, Jackson."

"You should be watching yourself. Don't fall." She rolled her eyes and smiled, stretching out to put the star on the top. I gave Whitney a look before moving towards the ladder Mariah was standing on. I grabbed it by the sides and shook it slightly, snickering at how panicked Mariah was becoming,

"Stop playin, Janet!" I giggled,

"Say please!"

"Janet!"

"Mariah!" Whitney shook her head and sipped her coffee with her legs crossed at the island.

"Do you two ever grow tired of these shenanigans?" I shrugged and steadied the ladder,

"Not necessarily." Mariah scoffed at my statement,

"Of course, you don't." I snatched the star from her as she made her way down from the ladder, "Janet!" I laughed and ran around while she chased me,

"Gotta be quicker than that, Mimi!" She dashed after me and tackled me onto the couch, wrestling me for the star.

"How festive." Madonna rolled her eyes at us and walked to the kitchen,

"Um, excuse you." Whitney hopped down and crossed her arms at Madonna,

"Don't start with me Whitley. I'm still hungover from last night."

"No one told you to give oral to that bottle.." I snickered as Mariah did the same and leaned against me. I slowly stood and helped her up while Whitney frowned,

"You made your bed, now you're gonna sleep in it. This kitchen is off limits."

"Whi-" Whitney grabbed a knife, shutting us all up,

"Off. Limits." Madonna nodded slowly and backed out, holding her hands up. Mariah and I looked at each other,

"Maybe we should go talk to her..." I nodded, agreeing with Mariah,

"Yeah. She's been like this since last night." As we made our way over to Whitney, she put the knife back and sighed, "You alright, Whit?" She shrugged and looked at us,

"Peachy."

"Who did it? That damn security guard, huh?" She stared past us and rubbed her neck,

"Yes... men aren't shit.. I frowned and pulled her into a tight hug, while Mariah joined. After our session of comfort, we walked Whit up to her room and laid her down. This was a side of Whit that I wasn't too used to. Mariah sighed and looked at me once we walked out of her room,

"Who should we kill?" I chuckled,

"Don't waste your breath on that guard. He's probably some underrated mall cop." Mimi snickered and shook her head. I watched as her curls bounced and her chest shook from her laughter. If I could memorize this and replay it in my mind for years, I would.

"Wanna hang out downstairs? I'm freezing." I blinked and made my way out of my thoughts,

"Uh, yes. Of course. I'll go get some blankets and you can get some hot chocolate ready." She groaned,

"How come you have the easy job?" I snickered,

"You're the one who came up with the plan." She rolled her eyes playfully,

"Which is why I should be the one getting the blankets." I shrugged,

"Whatever you say, Ms. Carey." She smirked and flipped her hair,

"Damn right." I giggled and went to get the blankets anyway, "Janet!"

"What?"

"I thought you were getting the hot chocolate!"

"Um, no. I said whatever you say. I never said that I was going to do what you said." She stared at me for a moment before snatching the blanket and walking back downstairs.

I relaxed against the couch and sipped my hot chocolate as Mariah and I watched old Christmas movies in front of the fireplace. Even though it was radiating off a bunch of heat, Mariah still seemed to be cold. I looked down at her and giggled seeing her cuddled up to my side.

"Warm?"

"Getting there." I smiled and she returned the expression while burying her face back into my side.

"This is not comfortable."

"And?"

"Move back!"

"No! You're warm. I'm trying to take all of your heat!" I scoffed,

"You damn thief." She snickered and smiled innocently as I wrapped an arm around her. Her mood seemed to instantly change as she laid against me and held my arm in place.

"I'm no thief."

"That's what they all say." She giggled and bit her lip as we cuddled and relaxed. My fingertips would graze across her skin every now and then, earning me a shiver or soft moan. "Are you okay?"

"Mhm..very." I smiled and stared at her for a moment. If these cameras weren't in the house, I would have been all over her by now, but I also knew that these feelings would risk my reputation. I was already a sex symbol, and kissing a female counterpart would cause more than chaos.

"Mimi?"

"Hm?" I looked down at her and chuckled seeing her barely awake,

"Nothing.."

"N-No... ask me." I smiled and messed with her hair, pulling her closer.

"What are we?" She chuckled softly,

"Are we not friends?"

"No, I was only asking."

She nodded and yawned before hiding her face against my side, once again. I sighed and watched some commercials as my mind raced. I had been craving Mariah ever since last night, but I didn't want to run her off. She was more cautious than me and that scared me.

Mariah's POV

I yawned and slowly woke up as I felt overly warm. I frowned and sat up a bit, seeing Janet knocked out. So she was the reason that I was over here sweating bullets. I groaned and moved around a bit before laying back down, although, before I could get too situated, something at the top of the tree caught my attention. Is that an angel doll with Madonna's face taped on it?
