Water under the bridge

"Lacey!! Were you the one that screamed?" Stiles and Scott, both rushing to me from down the hallway as Liam stuck to my side

"Uhhh... yeah..." I shyly responded

"What's wrong? Why did you scream? Are you hurt? Is everything okay?" Stiles walked closer to me and looked at me up and down while Scott circled me, making sure I didn't have any cuts or anything

"Yes, yes I'm okay"

"Then why did you scream?"

"Yeah... why did you?" Liam all of the sudden cut in

"I- i just, uhhh..." I didn't know what to say. I couldn't tell them that I was constantly hearing voices in my head that made me want to hurt ever single person I cared about

"I Was Mad, that's all." Wow, great cover up Lacey...

"Why are you wearing Liams clothes?" Scott asked, making stiles look at me up and down, then realize that they were indeed Liams

"I Uh... I got wet."

"WHAT?!" Stiles yelped
Why the hell was he yelling?

"NO!!! Not in that way!!! For the love of- oh shit." I said, stuttering my way through. I looked over at Liam, who still didn't understand what stiles and I were talking about, then his mouth dropped and his eyes went big
Hahaha, he just got it

"Okay. Well next time, let's try and die that down a bit, because I think everyone heard it." Scott enlightened me

"Yeah haha, thanks." I gave them a cheesy grin, giving Scott a hug as he walked away to his next class, with stiles staying behind.

"You two, meet me in the parking lot after right school" Was all stiles said before speed walking down the hallway, flailing his arms through his flannel.

Well.... this is definitely a great way to start off the school year.

"You see!! I told you he was up to something!" Of course, stiles had dragged Liam and I around Beacon Hills, following Theo

"Dude! We just spent three hours watching this guy play video games in his bedroom.... I will never get those three hours back." I shot at stiles

"What could he possibly be up too?"

"I don't know, but let's find out. You guys still got his scent?"

"We don't need it." We glanced over at Liam to see him following Theo's tracks. Stiles and I stayed close behind before I paused and stopped following, causing the two boys to turn and stare at me

"Shit.... I forgot that we were supposed to meet mason at the school gym." I was feeling so bad. Liam and I have been blowing mason off so many times for this supernatural world crap, and all we do is give some lame excuse because that's all we can really do right now. He deserves better

"Crap." Liam mumbled to himself

"So what. Just tell him something." Stiles shrugged it off

"Tell him what?" I added

"Anything."

"We can't tell him anything.."

"Well why not?" I looked over at Liam from stiles's words

"Because we haven't exactly told him... everything..." I said, slowly easing into it

"Still? We said it was okay."

"Well it's not exactly easy news. It's a lot to take in." Liam defended. I mean, let's be honest. If I didn't know of the supernatural world and my best friend came up to me and just started talking about werewolves and such... I'd freak the hell out.
