INT. BUCKY'S KITCHEN - AN HOUR LATER
BUCKY
(Groans)
Oh my god I'm going to faint
ADDISON
Me too. I can't eat another bite.
What'd you put in these waffles, Bree?
BREE
(Burps)
Excuse me. And nothing serious just some cinnamon and chocolate
JEFFERY
(Keeps eating)
Well it's delicious.
KATHLEEN
It is quite delightful Bree. Where did you learn to make them?
BREE
Oh it's an old family recipe passed down from generation to generation. Because of the law in SeaBrook that basically forbade anything that was different, we were never allowed to make it around others.
BUCKY
(Puts his head down on the table)
If I knew how much I was missing out on earlier, I would've welcomed zombies a lot sooner. I mean Seabrook was great when everyone was the same but now, with everyone venturing out and trying new things I must say, now it's perfect.
ADDISON
I agree.
(Eats some more and groans)
JEFFERY
Addie, honey if you're full don't try to eat any more.
ADDISON
But it's so good.
KATHLEEN
(Laughs)
But is it worth having a tummy ache?
ADDISON
(Looks down at her food then looks at her aunt)
Yes it is
BUCKY
(Laughs then groans)
Ah, ah, it hurts to laugh. I'm too full. Now it's nap time
KATHLEEN
Go up to your room and take a nap
BUCKY
I'm fine right here
KATHLEEN
You're just like your father
JEFFERY
That's a good thing
BUCKY
(Snores)
JEFFERY
(Looks at him)
BREE
Wow, that was fast
ADDISON
If you think that's fast, you should see when Aunt Kat makes his favorite blueberry pie. He can be all the way in the backyard, soon as he hears the word pie, oh he's making his way in here and will be in your face no sooner than the first cut is made.
BREE
Wow, I didn't know he was so passionate about food.
ADDISON
(Nods)
He has a high metabolism. If he didn't, he would be way bigger trust me.
BREE
I guess everyone had their secrets hidden from the laws of Seabrook.
KATHLEEN
That's true.
