Theory: Sexual Innuendo sneaked in an episode?

Note- Maybe I'm wrong and I'm just dirty minded but let's get started.

Have you seen the episode where Ms O wants to swim but Sven (a villain) freezes water everywhere because he wants to ski?

If you haven't, I highly recommend you watch it or you may not understand the theory.

The episode is called "Not so splash." At the very end of the episode, Ms O couldn't wait for Olive and Otto to fix the pool so she flooded headquarters. Oscar tells Otto this and Otto tells Olive and she says that they should get there swimming suits.

After she says this Otto immediately shouts, "Yes!!!"

You know this disturbs me. You can say that maybe he was just excited to swim, but what if that's not the case?

He seemed shocked after Olive said that they should get their swimsuits and I think I saw a smug appear on his face.  Excited much, Otto?

I low-key feel like he's happy because he'll get to see Olive in a swimsuit lmao.

Look closely at his reaction at the end of the episode. Do you agree? Do you disagree?
