Lucinda smiled, watching as Zane took Travis' hand. They stood outside of the hotel, the moon shining down upon them.
Travis twirled the boy, causing Zane to laugh. Lucinda shook her head playfully, unable to draw her attention away from the couple.
The albino pulled the ravenette close, holding him tightly.
Lucinda took one last glance before venturing further upstairs, locking herself in the guest room.
She hummed to herself, opening her spell book. She flipped to a bookmarked page, running her finger under a few sentences.
"More mandrake roots?! This is ridiculous." She pinched the bridge of her nose, slamming the book closed. "Potions are such hard work." She peered over her shoulder at the bed, biting her bottom lip. "Maybe I should just call it a day..."
