29. Yes.

Abhishek's POV-

"Vashi......"

She turned to look at me.

"Abhay, please, I don't want to talk about anything now." She told me.

"You have to." I told her.

"Arre nahi karni yaar! Kyu nahi samajh raha?" She screamed.

"Karni padegi!"  I screamed. back.

"Abhay...." She cried.

She kneeled down on the ground.

I kneeled in front of her, taking her hands in mine.

"Kyu kar raha hai yeh sab?" She asked me.

"Pyaar karta hu tujhse. Kitna mushkil hai yeh samajhna?" I asked her.

"Tu nahi karta, Abhay. Tu mujhse pyaar nahi karta. Woh sirf ek deal thi tere liye." She said.

"It wasn't Vashi! It wasn't." I shouted.

"In the begining, yes it was. But I really fell for you. I really fell in love with you. I'm not lying, Vashi. Please, believe me. Please. That day you heard just half of the conversation. Not the whole thing. Those three came into my room. I told them about your confession and our kiss. They asked me did I feel the same, and I said yes. Believe me, jaan. Please. You've no idea how much I've missed you these years. I tried calling you but you had changed your number. And-And, I also fulfilled your promise. I made it to the playing eleven. Vashi, please, I love you." I didn't even realise that I started crying.

She wiped my tears and looked at me.

"Then why didn't you tell me that you loved me?" She asked.

"I thought my kiss would have given you the answer." I said, holding her face in my palms.

"Vashi, please." I cried more.

"Abhay.... I- I don't know. I'm scared." She told me.

"You don't have to be Vashi. I love you." I told her.

"What if you play with me again?"

"I've never played with you, Vashi. There's no question of an again."

"And... and what if you find some other girl?" She asked me.

"I've waited for you from the past four years. You still think I'd choose someone else over you?" I asked her.

She shook her head.

I smiled at her and kissed her forehead.

"I'm sorry, Vashi. I'm sorry." I apologised.

"It's okay." She said, and kept her hands on mine.

"I love you." I said, softly, looking into her eyes.

She looked at me for a second.

"I love you too." She whispered.

I smiled and rested my forehead on hers, closing my eyes.

Before I could say something, there was a round of wolf whistles.

We looked around to see all the guys and girls coming out of their 'hiding places'.

We quickly stood up.

"Finally, she accepted." Hardik bhai smiled.

What? I thought he was angry.

"Bhai?" Vashi asked him, confused.

"Well, I planned this out." Virat bhai said.

"Abhay, I'm really sorry for the slap, but in some way you deserved it." Hardik bhai said.

"I did bhai. I really did." I agreed with him.

"So, will you ask her or what?" Virat bhai questioned.

I gave him a confused look.

"I meant, will you ask her to be your girlfriend or what?" He asked me, clearly.

I looked at Vashi, who was now blushing, which caused me to chuckle.

"So, Ms. Mehra..." I started, and kneeled down.

She looked at me startled.

"The next time I'd kneel infront of you like this would be to propose you, but for now, will you be my girlfriend?" I asked her.

She chuckled and softly said a yes.

I hugged her tightly, while the others howled and clapped for us.

I took out the necklace from my pocket.

"Abhay... this...." She looked at the necklace.

"Yeah. It's the same necklace I'd bought four years back." I told her.

"You still have it?" She asked, totally shocked.

"Since the time you left." I told her.

"Well, now that I'm here, put it for me." She told me with a smile and turned around.

I put it around her neck.

She turned to look at me.

"Thank god. Jeeju mil gaye." Adithi winked at her.

She rolled her eyes, but the blush was evident on her cheek.

"Now he won't get pissed at ShubVashi trending." Shubman laughed.

We laughed along.

"Now ShubVashi will go down the hill, and UrvAbhi will be trending." Virat bhai said, and I pulled Vashi closer to me.

"Never letting you go now." I whispered in her ear, and kissed her cheek.

I'm never letting her go now. Never.

As you all were really curious, I thought of posting another chapter today.

If this chapter was shit, then I'm really sorry. I just thought of this like right now and started writing. :P
