This is a continuation of "Another Au" which it might be just called "Dragon Au." The image shows Mordred was starting to have physical traits of a dragon (horns, scales, and a tooth if you zoom in the picture) and Mikoto appeared to have scratches on her face.
Mordred was holding Mikoto close to her and kept apologizing because she normally doesn't transform into a dragon by will, she accidentally partly-transform into one when she felt upset/rage which resulted, clawing anything in sight, including people.
