Apology.

Finally, after the longest ten minutes of her life, Mingyu's group stepped on the stage in between a huge round of applause.

A smile quickly went up as she spotted Mingyu at the back, and Bambam and Yugyeom cheered as they spotted him as well. The tall boy's lips trembled and Mirae giggled once she realized Mingyu was fighting the urge to smile. She joined them with the cheering and soon after the rest of the audience joined too. The boys on the stated let out small smiles but once the beat started, their faces went back to 'performing' mode.

Saying Mirae was stunned was an understatement.

Not even a minute into the song she realized Mingyu, Lee Chan and his friends were extremely talented and had a synchronization out of this world. Just by watching them she knew how much hard work they all had to put to be on the stage, and she admired them for it.

The next song, a cover of Mamamoo's Decalcomanie, managed to flutter her heart. All thirteen boys were very charming, and their Royal-styled clothes gave the impression of them being real life princes.

"Aren't they gorgeous?" Nayeon asked wide-eyed in amazement.

Mirae chuckled and nodded, "They're very charming."

"Charming? They look hot," Jihyo laughed, receiving an outraged look from Bambam.

"Excuse you? How come you think they are hot, but not us?" he asked while pointing at himself and Yugyeom.

"Well, because it's true."

"Hey!"

"Be quiet! They're performing," Nayeon shushed them, using her hands to push them away.

Seventeen performed two more songs that Mirae assumed were self-produced since she couldn't recognize them before the break-talk. The thirteen boys stood in line occupying almost the whole stage and introduced themselves individually. Then, the MC of the event started asking questions about the group and the meaning of the name, which Mirae didn't really pay attention since she already knew the answer.

However, Jisung noticed that too. Mirae could feel him wondering if he should speak or not, which made her extremely uncomfortable. She pressed her hand on her cheek in the attempt to put some kind of barrier between her and him and looked down on her lap, her glasses slipping down her nose as well.

She made the mistake to grab the glasses with her left hand and accidentally hit her thumb with her leg. The pain didn't even take a second to make her wince. She held her hand against her chest and crossed her eyes tightly trying to endure the pain, feeling her whole hand beating up to her heart beats.

"Hey, what's wrong?" she heard Bambam asking softly, but the pain was too much to let her raise her head up.

"Don't worry. I have to go to the bathroom, I'll be right back," she uttered quickly and stood up, almost walking in between people's feet as she made her way out.

With her phone in the right hand and the left one pressed against her chest, she walked out of the place. She gave a few uneasy steps, waiting for the pain to go off. But upon realizing the pain would take more time to brush off, she decided to sit on one of the few benches around the small park near the big soda statue.

"Fucking hell, why do I have to be this clumsy?" she cussed, carefully touching her wrist. As her index finger came in touch with her left thumb, another ray of pain hit her. "Oh my goodness, have mercy," she moaned, letting her head fall in front.
