In which there are confrontations.

"We should all take a seat first."

"I've been sitting for the past two hours, teacher," Mirae bluntly said, barely changing her expression. "I'd rather stay up, if it's okay with you."

She would've added a 'oh, and fuck you' if she hadn't closed her mouth on time.

Mrs. Wang pursed her lips and nodded her head, "Alright, as you wish."

The air inside the classroom suddenly felt ten times heavier during the short span of time that the dance teacher kept her eyes down on the floor, her eyebrows creased as Jeno and Mirae shared uncomfortable glances. What was she going to tell them now? Was she going to curse at them? Was she going to blame it on them? If she were to do it, Mirae wouldn't be surprised at all.

But what happened next really caught her off-guard.

"First off, I want to ask you to keep what I'm going to say between us three."

She's going to confess a murder, Mirae first thought. As confused as she was, she nodded her head and a second later Jeno imitated her action.

Mrs. Wang nodded her head as well, her eyes still looking down. "Alright... second of all, I wanted to talk to you about what happened last Monday—"

"I'd rather not to, teacher," Jeno said, frowning. It was a sight that Mirae thought could never happen—him getting angry at someone.

"Okay, then you don't have to talk, just listen to what I have to say. Same thing goes to you, Mirae."

The girl couldn't help but raise her eyebrows at the sudden informal calling but nodded her head afterwards. She needed all her strength to prepare herself for the scolding that was coming up.

Or that's what she thought.

"I know what happened between you two was a total accident." She started, now making eye-contact with them. "I know you did not feel comfortable since it happened in front of everyone on the class, and that neither of you intended it, am I right?"

As much as she wanted to correct her, Mirae nodded her head sharply.

"The thing is that I knew this from the very moment it happened. And I thought you two would stop dancing right after it happened, but when I saw you continued smoothly I realized how professional you two were

"And with that thought in mind I considered on putting that little kiss on the real choreography so it would leave a much greater impact on the audience, you know?" Mrs. Wang continued, hanging her hands on both sides of her hips. "That's why I suggested the kiss in the first place—"

"I'm sorry to disagree on that, but it certainly did not sound like a suggestion to me." Jeno cut her off again, crossing his arms as he raised his eyebrow.

Mirae had to admit that as scary as he looked at the moment, the pose and his expression added points to his attractive face. I should not be studying his charms though.

"I know, Jeno," the teacher agreed. "I know it's a lame excuse, but at that moment I was so caught up with so many expectations for the presentation that I did not want any disagreements on—there's no way to call it different, on that whim.

"And when you two snapped back that you didn't want to do it, I simply got angry and did what I did."

Mirae narrowed her eyes, "You just simply did what you did? I'm sorry, teacher, but you certainly have no idea how your simple decision affected me at all. You clearly have no idea how it felt to have everything I have accomplished, everything you made me do, everything you encouraged me to do being demolished just 'cause we didn't want to kiss for the show."
