If you want to really make sure you eliminate the small grammar, spelling and punctuation mistakes, it would be a good idea to ask a friend / fellow writer to read through your book / chapter.
That way, there is a greater chance of avoiding simple mistakes AND your peer editor could even make some suggestions of things / events to add in!
