                                                     Chapter 14

Katherine cry’s for what seems like hours into Ethan’s chest before finally pulling back weakly with tear stained eyes. Ethan cups her face and stares into her eyes with concern and love before leaning forward and kissing her forehead and pulling her back into him. He was so devastated thinking she wouldn’t come back to him that finally seeing her awake just feels like a dream and he’s afraid if he lets her go she will disappear back into her coma.

“Ethan” Katherine whispers against his chest.

“Yes beautiful” he whispers back smiling against her head.

“Don’t take this the wrong way but honey you smell” she says causing Ethan to pull back and laugh hysterically.

“What’s so funny?” She asks confused.

“Nothing sweetheart it’s just good to have you back” he says before standing from the bed and walking towards the bathroom.

“Back what do you mean back” she says before suddenly reaching down in panic and feeling her now flat stomach.

“My baby where’s my baby” she cries out in hysterics.

“Shh…shh its ok she’s fine she’s with Ryan there’s a lot I need to fill you in on just let me get a quick shower” he says before going into the bathroom.

Katherine observes her body as she hears the water cut on. She stares at her arms and legs and bursts into tears imagining how horrible she must look now that Brian has scared almost every inch of her skin. Wait a minute these are scared how the hell are they scared it just happened. She thinks to herself as she hears the water cut off. Ethan walks out of the bathroom in nothing but a towel around his waist water running down his chest as Katherine stares at him getting slightly aroused.

“Jesus put some cloths on would you” A voice calls from across the room as a blur of grey flashes through the air.

“Well I couldn’t put on cloths when I didn’t have any” Ethan mocks as he takes the cloths Ryan just tossed him into the bathroom.

“You’re awake” Ryan practically shouts in excitement.

“Of course I’m awake why I wouldn’t be someone please tell me what the hell is going on” She says confused before finally noticing Ryan was pushing a stroller.

“Would you like to meet your daughter?” Ryan asks with a smile.

“Of course” Katherine says reaching out her arms as Ryan leans down and picks the baby up placing her gently in Katherine’s arms.

Ethan walks out of the bathroom towel drying his hair as he stares over at Katherine with a smile and slight tears in his eyes. He finally has everyone that means everything to him in one room and he couldn’t be happier.

“So what’s her name?” Ryan asks as Katherine looks over at Ethan and he just smiles.

“I wasn’t about to take that away from you too” He says as he sits down on the edge of her bed.

“So what is it baby?” He asks as he leans back placing one arm around Katherine and stroking the baby’s arm with his other hand.

“Annabella…..Annabella Rose Westwick” She says with a smile as she turns and looks at Ethan.
