Do you remember what it was like when you were younger
When you didn't have to make though decisions
When you could wear whatever you want and no one cared
When all the worries of the future didn't haunt you
When you were happy
When people didn't care who you hung out with
When the worst thing someone could do was not be your friend
When you were happy
When boys would wear tutus and people thought it was adorable
But if a boy wears a skirt now, the whole world turns upside down
When you didn't know the world was so messed up
When you were you
When you were happy!
Do you remember life before you grew up?
Life before you knew how terrible people can be.
Before boys threw punches and girls
talked
Oh, how they say the most cruel things
Before all you saw was darkness and had so much hatred toward the world and the terrible people in it.
