I wish you could see yourself like others do
I know you say that's just not how your mind works
but it's not true

Do you know how much I love you?
Do you see my heart pick up speed when you begin to speak?
Do you know that when I'm alone, when my mind roams, it always go to you
You are so lovely, you are too lovely for me

I wish you could truly see the way your parents light up when they speak of you!
I wish you could truly understand what it's like to hold your hand
The feeling makes it hard to stand

Does your heart pick up speed when you talk to me
When you are alone, and your mind roams, do you think of me?
You are so lovely, you are too lovely for me

I don't think anyone can comprehend
Our mend
Except for us two
Because of you, I am truly in love

And I know you will question it
But there is no doubt about this
I am so madly in love with you

Do you know how much I love you?

Don't tell me mind has come up with the desirable concoction
I mean I could always auction off my heat
For someone just to tear it apart?

I would rather have you tear me to shreds
Because you'd have to look into my head
And then maybe you would see how much you mean to me

You are just so lovely, I wish that you could love.
