I woke up and I heard voices, unfamiliar ones. I still feel like my head is hazy...I still couldn't see or move. Who are these voices..? The only thing I heard out of their conversation was "friends", "Zoldyck", "twins", "kill her", "unripe fruit", "learn more" and "she has the potential".
'G...Gon...h..help me...' Then I felt someone was carrying me and taking me somewhere.
"...G..G..Gon… help me..."
"Oya, oya~ Looks like you broke the spell. That was fast. Most people don't and they end up losing their voice. Hm. Try to guess who is this. If you get it right, I'll release you but if you don't, I'll hurt Gon."
I felt my heart was filled with rage as he said this. I gritted my teeth and I heard him chuckle.
"What the hell are you laughing about?!" I yelled.
"That you actually took me serious when I said I'll hurt Gon. If I killed you or Gon, then that would be such a waste."
Either way I started thinking who's this voice belonged.
"I'll give you a hint. I'm #44."
'#44? #44...#44...#44..!'
"Hisoka?!"
"Bingo~" he said and he placed me gently on the ground. He took off the ropes off my legs and wrists. Then I remembered that Hisoka is Gon's prey.
'Now is my chance to--' Then I remembered what Gon said.
[I'll get his tag no matter what! Because what's the point of you doing everything for me? I need to become a Hunter by my own.]
'I..I can't do it...if I do...
"WHY? WHY DID YOU DO THAT FOR?! I TOLD YOU THAT I DON'T NEED YOUR HELP!! I TOLD YOU THAT I NEED TO BECOME A HUNTER ON MY OWN!! WHY DON'T YOU EVER LISTEN TO ME?!"
...Gon will probably say that and he will get mad and I'll hurt his pride.'
Hisoka took off the cloth off my eyes and he smiled. I felt creeped out that I backed away a bit.
"What?" I said eyeing him suspiciously and he patted my head.
"Nothing~ Just pass the Hunter Exam." He said and he left. I sighed and laid down. I looked around me and it was dark. I used my green eye to find my way back and went inside my hiding place and slept there.
《３Days Later 》
I woke up and crawled out my tree and stood up. I heard a twig crack and I looked at the direction where that sound came from but there was nobody.
