Banana and peanut cream pie

*BANANA WITH PEANUT CREAM*

*_INGREDIENTS_*
       (Crust)

1- 2 1/2 cups of digestive biscutes

2- 5 t spns granulated sugar

3- 1/4 t spn of salt

4- 10 t spns of melted butter.

(Peanut butter)

1- 1 cup of mascaporne

2- 1 cup peanut butter

3- 1 t spn salt

4- 2 t spns whole milk.

_*METHOD*_

1- To make the crust: pre-heat the oven, combine finely ground digestive cookie, sugar, salt and melted butter in a large bowl. Mash it with a whisk untill all the ingredients are evenly mixed. Tranfer the mixture into a pan, then spread and press it tightly with your fingers or a flat-botommed cup, evenly on the bottom and the sides  of the pan to make a crust. Bake in the oven for 13-15 mins untill lightly browned. *Let cool completely before using.*

2- To make the peanut butter macarpone cream: with a fork or spatula, gently mix mascarpone smooth peanut butter and 1/2 t spn salt together. (Kar ki yi amfani da wata mixer or anything mai sauri. Saboda mascarpone din zai iya tsinkewa. Ki yi amfani da hannunki) spread it evenly over the pie crust. Set aside.

3- To make the banana topping: trim a sheet of parchment into the same dimensions as the inner-area of the pie, as the guide. peel and slide a banana in 1/2 horizontally. Then place them cut-side up over the parchment, with the uneven tips excruding over the parchment edge. Repeat with another banana untill you've covered one side of the parchment. *Trim off the uneven tips on both sides of the bananas to achieve straight edges,* then transfer into the pie. Now, repeat the same thing with the other side to fill the entire area. Eat the scrapt-bananas.

4- evenly spread the light brown sugars on top of the bananas. Hold another pan to cover the crust part of the pie from the torch, then with the other hand, top the sugar untill caramelized. Turn and adjust the pan as needed. You can cut through the hardened caramel if you want or chill the pie in the fridge for 30 mins untill the caramel turns into a sticky sauce. Sprinkle sugar before serving.
