What a lie

So I'm gonna be typing Richard's POV, don't criticize me, I'm not a guy.

Richard's POV

I was with my best friend Tobi in my office when I got a call from my receptionist telling me I had a visitor. I didn't remember making an appointment with any Florence, so I just took my time chatting with Tobi about ladies. I still remembered the one night stand I had a month ago and the many others I couldn't remember, women were too easy, arghh.

He stood up to leave, I offered to escort him out and grab some lunch, when we got outside, I saw a lady outside and I tried to remember where I had seen her, I realized she's the girl I had the one night stand with. What was she doing here by the way?
After Tobi left I walked up to florence to see she was sleeping, I mumbled to bring her attention to me, she woke up looking startled, I smirked internally. I motioned for her to come with me, when she got into my office I was expecting her to give a compliment but she just acted normal, that kinda bruised my ego as I liked showing off.

So now I'm seated in my office where she just told me she's pregnant, to be honest, I thought she was joking, but one look at her face I knew she was serious

You can't be serious, and if what you're saying is true then you must be very stupid

I knew I hurt her with my words and I was happy I had gotten to her because I wanted her to stop lying and look for the father of her child

What?, you think I'm lying and why would I lie? Do I look desperate for your money, if I wasn't drunk do you think I'd have slept with somebody like you?

And with that she angrily left my office, all I could think of was how I had gotten myself into this mess, now I don't know what to do, I know I'll hear from her soon but I didn't know how soon and what I didn't know was that she's the daughter of the owner of my rival company.

Florence's POV

I knew I had to tell my friends all that had happened in the past two days, so I put both of them on a group call. I had two friends José and kiki

Hey girls

Kiki- what's good b?

José- kiki you just had to say what I had in mind
Kiki- ikr, why can't you just say a different greeting???
José- you got me.
Me- everything isn't good, you guys abandoned me all this while, you didn't even bother to check if I was still breathing.
Both- we are sorry b

They squealed, they weren't even listening to me again, I had to yell to get their attention back to the conversation
