I have had many crushes on guys throughout my life and also been very unsuccessful. I'm almost 15 this year and all I see are couples around me in school. I've given up on life and just plan on being an old woman with lots of cats and live my life like that. I don't look forward to anything in my life at all. I could just jump off and call it a day, but I somehow always look for a reason to wake up and go to school. Don't get me wrong; I'm not suicidal or depressed, this is just how I feel like; an empty void that can't be filled in. I thought that my crushes would be able to fill them in, but they just hurt me and make the void even bigger.
However, despite the fact that I say that I have nothing to live for, I do spend my time watching my favorite YouTubers play games. My skill level in playing them would probably ruin the game for me, so I just watch other people play for my entertainment. Recently, I have heard that this new game came out; it's called Detroit Become Human. Since I was curious, I decided to watch someone play it. Seven hours later, I finished the video and sat there in awe. Damn, that gameplay was intense... I continued staring at the wall and one of the characters from the game flashed through my head. Connor... I kept thinking about him over and over again. What's the point of having a crush on a fictional character? It's not like it will happen... I thought as I fell to sleep
