Chapter 19

After that whole scene on the rooftop, I left Yoongi behind while I headed off to clean my face up before walking back to my 4th period class. I had missed out on most of my school day today and was worried that if I don't get to work soon with Jae-hyuk, then I wouldn't be seeing the light of day again.

I knew Jungkook would find a way of getting out of class since I was taking too long, probably afraid that I might have ran away or told someone,

If only it was that easy.

I take in a shaky breath, my hands gripping the sides of the sink below me while I glance up at the mirror.

My tears finally ceased causing my orbs to have bloodshot effect as parts under my eyes are still blotchy, however I didn't look too bad now.

I was still fairly skinny, a lot more than what I used to be but Namjoon forced me to eat so that it wouldn't draw too much attention to myself. Sometimes my stomach wouldn't cope with the intake he was making me eat so I would often vomit it back up. But after a while I was able to keep somewhat most of it down and gain some weight.

At least I don't look like a skeleton now.

I sigh, letting go off the sink before scurrying out of the bathroom, I make my way back to class right before the bell.

"Min-ju? Where were you? I was so worried." Jae-hyuk questions, his face laced with concern.

"Oh uh, I was just sleeping it off. I feel better now." I weakly smile, hoping the redness around my eyes had finally disappeared.

"Aww okay." Jae-hyuk grins, grabbing my hand in his while we walk. I notice that instead of going to the cafeteria where we usually go for lunch, he takes me outside and towards a large cluster of trees.

"W-where are we going?" I question the smaller boy who was busy pulling me along, "it's a secret." He giggles.

I let out an awkward, shaky chuckle, afraid of the outcome.

What if he's secretly in a gang and wants to kidnap me too?!?!

I swallow the huge lump in my throat as we comes to a stop at a large tree. Jae-hyuk sits down, patting the spot beside him.

I slowly lower myself down till I'm sitting beside the boy. My eyes wander around the small forest like area,

"Min-ju?" At the sound of my fake name being called, I snap my head towards the brunette boy. He was chewing down on his lower lip, fidgeting with his fingers which only caused my own nerves to heighten.

Why is he acting so strange?

"MIN-JU I LOVE YOU!!!" The boy squeals aloud, his eyes clammed shut as his hands curve into small fists, a tint of pink crossing his cheeks.

I sat there dumbfounded and shocked, "w-what?" I blink multiple times, my brain in overdrive, trying to figure out what the small boy had just admitted.

He opens his eyes, sighing while staring into my brown orbs, "I like you Min-ju, I'm in love with you."

I couldn't speak, move even.

What the hell?!?! This was not part of the plan!

"I-uh-" he cuts me off, eagerness clear in his eyes, "-do you feel the same about me?"

"I-uh...I..." I continue trailing off, frantically searching around to find something to take my mind off of the current situation.
