The brown-haired man kept tapping his feet, getting up and walk in circles in the living room. His members who was trying to relax after a day at the studio got annoyed and threw him a pillow which landed at his head. "Hey.." He said while rubbing his head.

"You're thinking too loudly. It's getting annoying and Namjoon is stuck with our next song lyrics." Yoongi who now has his eyes closed. "Are you troubled ?" Hoseok leapt from the couch and stand in front of Taehyung. "Do I look troubled?" He asked and a chorus of "Yes!" was heard from all his members.

"You know you can ask or tell us anything Tae.." Namjoon closed his books and went to his side with Jin following him. Taehyung just hummed and soon all of his members were already seated in front of him. "It's about Jennie noona." Jungkook chimed. Taehyung scratches his head and nodded his head slowly.

"You guys seemed okay when we visited you," Jimin told him. Taehyung sighed. "We are but that's the problem. We are too okay with one another. Like during my stay at the hospital, even though I told she could just leave in the morning and rest cause I will be discharged soon, she insisted that she'll visit me again. She even brought me strawberries. No. Forget everything I said." Taehyung ran towards his room and shut the doors.

Taehyung had to maintain his composure when he was too happy when Blackpink won Bonsang award. But what irked him the most was Jennie's dress. He was rambling to himself when they were in the dressing room. "Why does their stylist put her in such a tight dress? It hugs her curve perfectly but its too sexy. It was too short !" He rambled while fixing his own hair.

When he was on his way to his dressing room, he bumped into Jennie. He was too happy to meet her oblivious to the staff around. "You look pretty and sexy."He complimented when he felt a hard bump at his chest. He knew it was her. He pulled her towards an empty hallway with no cameras and staff around to have a private conversation with her. "Jennie..." he softly called out her name and she tugged at his sleeve before embracing him.

The hug was a simple enough gesture - affection, The arms that held him were soft, yet strong. The feel of her body so close to his soothed him more than he had expected. She wrapped an arm around his shoulders and pulled him close, gently rubbing his arm. Despite the heaviness in his stomach, it fluttered at the feeling of her body pressed against his. He sunk into the warmth of her side, appreciative of the simple gesture. Her touch made the room warmer somehow.

The simple gesture was enough for Taehyung to know what she wants to say even without uttering a single word. "I miss you too." He whispered and planted a kiss on top of her head.

During his ride back home, he decided to text Jennie to apologise since he couldn't beforehand. His back had made its way towards her forehead and her little touch startled him. Jimin was concerned about her and laughing at him the whole time.

It was around 3 am and they both couldn't sleep. Jennie decided to get some fresh air up at their dorm's rooftop. She slowly opened the door that would lead her outside and was surprised to find Hanbin there. "Hey...." he softly greeted her. She clears her throat before forcing a soft 'hey' back to him.

They were inches apart and their usual comfortable silence wasn't there. It was an awkward one and both of them were battling with themselves. "I heard rumours about you and Hayi." Jennie initiated the conversation. "I would be so happy if you guys are more than what I assumed." She said again before he could say anything. Rumours were circulating around YG entertainment that Hayi had been meeting and staying at Hanbin's studio late at night and people assumed that they started dating.

"What if it's real Jennie ?" Hanbin's voiced was loud and clear and he stared straight into her eyes. Eyes didn't even blink, staring so deep that made Jennie vulnerable. It was a simple statement but somewhere in she felt like she was being shot or stabbed. Which one hurts the most. "Then... I would congratulate you... You guys seemed perfect and I happy for both you as your friends." She tried so hard to maintain her composure and her tears from falling.

Hanbin slowly nodded feeling dejected that Jennie only sees him as a friend judging by how she reacts. He slowly went to her sides, ruffling with her hair before walking away and whispering goodbye to her, going back to his dorm. Jennie sighed and was shaken when suddenly her phone rang. "Taehyung... Do you have some kind of Jennie mood detector." She said immediately after she had picked up.

"Wah! Then I must be really lucky. I just have a feeling that you want to talk. Anyway, why are you up? It's almost 4 am now." Jennie sighed before answering. " I just now that someone I like probably doesn't like me back." Even though they were apart but just by hearing his voice made Jennie feel better. "Did you confessed and he rejected you ?" Jennie shook her head no even though Taehyung couldn't see it. "You're shaking your head no right. And after this, you will nod." Taehyung added. Jennie softly chuckled.

"Jen, I'm a messed too. And you're a messed too. I like someone but I know she likes someone else and I have zero chance with her." Taehyung sighed. "Then we're the unlucky duo. The rejected ones." Jennie joked. "Jennie ?"
